VCA Crown Hill Animal Hospital

I've brought my two kittens here twice. The first time I brought them in was with Jessica Mintz. The second time was for some scabs my cats had and we saw Melissa Weir. Both were knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and kind. What I appreciated about them and their assistants Alison and Megan is that they were all very gentle and patient with our cats. They took their time with us and helped us with any questions we had. Another thing I very much appreciate is that they after our visit they have called us twice following up to see how our cats are doing. I wasn't expecting this and I appreciate it. I've had bad experiences before with other vets being rude and too rough so I'm very glad to have found this place.

I have been bringing my Cat Kaykay there since she was a baby. I have always received top-notch care for my baby… I never worry about if she is in good hands with them. They are so good with handling a scared kitty! And they always distract her with bits of bonito flakes kitty crack

Very friendly. Caring interactions with my cat, and with me. It was a wellness visit for my recently adopted cat. We decided on certain other tests, and an ear infection resulted, which is being treated. Nails trimmed @ my request. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

They're so sweet here! They let my cats leave the carrier and explore the room, which helped a lot to make them feel less nervous.

I brought my cat in for the first time at the end of his life. Everyone was incredibly kind and provided lots of time to be with my kitty. Looking back on a tough day, I can still smile about the decision to come to VCA. Thank you all for your sensitivity.

Just took our two cats here for the first time and couldn't be happier with the experience. Everyone, from the front desk, to the techs, to the Dr. went out of their way to make sure our little dudes were comfortable and happy even if one of the cats was a little spicy.

Our senior cat took a turn for the worse over a weekend. When our normal vet couldn't get us in, we called VCA and were lucky enough to snag a same day appointment. While the appointment didn't end how anyone hoped, VCA was very compassionate and kind. They were careful to discuss our options and helped my boy leave this world in the most compassionate of ways. I will be switching vet care for my other cat over and they had reasonable availability for that too. Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs are a plus for me, as is this place being open later than a lot of other vets.

Great front office staff. Dr Mintz is competent, kind and empathetic. She lays out options, and the pros and cons of each. They don't seem to have the same high turnover of staff here that many other vet practices are or have experienced recently.
