Yesterday was my first time ever stepping into a Vet clinic and I was a bit nervous also my dog is a bit undisciplined but wow the staff was so friendly and welcoming. They made our experience enjoyable and explained to me the process of getting my dogs vaccines up to date. Bryn was our Vet Assistant and we spent most our time with her. She was super friendly and answered all my questions and had so much patience with my pup! 10/10 will continue to go here! Thanks you guys!

Everyone was friendly and patient. They took their time with my dog and truly show a passion for animals. I purchased the care club package because it is truly a great insurance for my dog and reasonable than paying for everything out of pocket. Thank you VCA Animal Hospital for taking such good care of my Junior.

Taken my new Great Dane puppies here. They offer a package deal for 1st year. Includes all shots and visits, neutering/spaying, microchipping for a single price. Veterinarians are great and love animals. Great staff and great service. A little pricy, but aren’t they all. Recommend.

I took my fur baby to VCA Henderson Pass and I highly recommend them to anyone! My dog Molly was so calm throughout the whole visit. A huge shoutout to Shelby who was beyond sweet and gave my fur baby all her attention; she made us feel like we were her only patients. Molly was so comfortable with her and she was very thorough in explaining everything.

I had an excellent experience at VCA Henderson Pass Animal Hospital. My dog was deathly ill and I was afraid that she would not make it. If anyone has ever been in this situation it is a horrifying experience to go through. The staff took excellent care of her during her two-night stay. I was so worried and appreciate the follow up the manager gave to me daily. I can’t thank them enough for how they went above and beyond for me and my baby. Dr. Levenberg was caring and kind towards me and my baby girl, she is articulate in her assessment and thoughtful towards my concerns. She took time to explain her diagnosis and gave me detailed instructions on how to continue her treatments at home. Thankfully she is feeling better now and is back home to her normal self. I highly recommend this location. Their prices are affordable and convenient. They have my business and loyalty eternally.

If I could give 0 stars. I would. My Dog is Dead. Saturday morning 11/5/22, I noticed my dog was off. He was spinning in circles to the left, couldn't eat, was unstable on his feet, and overall not looking good. He had a stroke in the early morning hours between 5:30-8am. Which you can CLEARLY see the left side of his face was limp/paralyzed!!! The picture was taken, after the vet visit. They wrote it off, as Vertigo. Gave him some dog ibuprofen, anti nausea meds, and drew some bloodwhich the results wouldn't come in until Monday. I never got the call with the results, it's now 7:40 pm, Monday 11/7. Around 7pm 11/5/22, he had a massive Seizure. This seizure lasted for a long time, roughly 5-7mins. We rushed him to Blue Pearl ER, and they informed us that he was still experiencing seizure activity. He had 3 more seizures from 8-10pm, despite them administering multiple doses of seizure medication. We had to make the call to let him go at 10pm. He might have had a fighting chance. Had they actually listened to me, and took it serious as the STROKE that it was!! But instead, he suffered so much pain, so much fear. He didn't deserve this ending!!! They charged me $540+ for them to misdiagnose my dog. To say I am Infuriated, is an understatement. I lost my best friend, one who had been with me for almost 11yrs. He had been happy and healthy his entire life. They caused so much pain and suffering to our entire family. And their behavior is inexcusable. I'd go anywhere else, but here. If you want your pet to live. RIP, to the sweetest soul the world will ever know.

Dr. O’Brien and his vet assistant Bryn were amazing! Not only did they accommodate my fur baby but they were very knowledgeable and patient with all my concerns. They were very patient. They provided the best quality care and solutions for treatment. I am very pleased and highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this group. My dog was involved in a hit and run just down the street and I took him to the nearest vet hospital VCA Henderson Pass Animal Hospital for immediate care. Everyone was calm, sympathetic, patient, and extremely helpful when it came to looking after my dog. From receptionists to the techs to the vets, they all seemed to take a genuine interest in his care and recovery. I felt like not only did my dog get the best care but was taken care of in every way. Thankfully, he is doing great and is back to his normal self running around and annoying his little brother and I have VCA to thank for that. Much love and eternal gratitude to Dr. Mercado and rest of the staff!

Today was my first time using this Veternary Clinic. I was thoroughly impressed. Bryn, the vet tech that took care of my dog today, was amazing. She was very kind and gentle with her. Dr. Mercado was great too! I will definitely be bring my dog back here.
