The Emerging Leaders Program influences the lives of student leaders within the Virginia Commonwealth University community through a competitive mentoring program so that they may be enlightened, engaged, and supported as a leader both at the university level and beyond.
To provide a leadership experience through curricular and co-curricular programs to develop young leaders. The program will provide each new leader with a mentor. Mentors will continue to develop their leadership skills through peer mentoring and advising.
