Veillon Food Mart

It's an ok gas station, but it's got some outstanding boudin, beef jerky, smoked sausage etc. . Their deli rocks if you are looking for that special ingredient. We use the smoked sausage to add a Smokey flavor to our creations. Personally their boudin is the standard by which I measure all others. They have booked peanuts, hog head cheese, taso etc. Their deli is worth checking out.

Good service. They know what I purchase and have it ready when I walk in.

I got regular gas here and within a few minutes my truck started to stall and my mower doesn’t run properly. I use stabile so I don’t think ethanol is my problem. Assuming it’s bad gas.

This is Veillon's food market in Galvez. While they are a gas station they are locally known for their butcher counter where they have some very nice boudin, breakfast sandwiches, meats and other food items. Great place to get some local flavor.

Stopped here for the breakfast sandwiches more times than i can count. Definitely worth it.
