Don is great to work with! Very responsive, knowledgable and cares about customers. Recently bought a Cervelo Aspero and 2nd set of wheels, competitve pricing. He has none of the bike attitude some other high-end shops have.Highly recommend

Don was prompt and very thorough with his assessment on bike service. Communicates well and makes sure you're happy with his service. He even noticed something things missing on my initial bike installation and fixed them. I will definitely refer him to other an wouldn't go anywhere else in the Valley.

Don is outstanding! The only option for working on all my bikes. From high end bike builds to basic maintenance he has me covered. Easy to schedule and great to chat with!

I contacted a couple of other companies first, one was 1-2 weeks out for repairs and the other returned my message about a week after contacting them.  Velozoom was super easy to schedule online and I was able to set a time for the very next day. The guy that came was very nice and helpful and showed me how to fix the flats on our new cargo e-bike and gave some good tips. Would definitely use them again!

Can he build a cruiser or maintain your trike?  Yes, yes he can.  But if you want exquisite bike builds and maintenance, there is nobody with more ingenuity and build experience.   I’ve trusted him to build a bike from scratch just days before a full Ironman.  He has built super bikes for me that have been featured on slowtwitch.  I trust this builder with everything.

Don finished a custom build Cervelo Caledonia 5 for me.  Not only did he do an excellent job completing the last item that I didn’t want to do - internal brake line routing.  He also went through the whole build that I did and improved on my work in a couple of areas.

Great service. I ordered a Rocky Mountain limited production and Don had it delivered to me in under a week. I appreciate the level of communication that was established through the ordering processes and continued support for any items that I could potentially have issues with. Thanks!

Love this husband/wife team! Owners Don and Amber are friendly and knowledgeable and we enjoyed talking with them about local routes. Don switched our fat tires to tubeless so we could enjoy riding in the wonderful desert around Phoenix and Tucson. Great shop!

Don at VeloZoom is a true patriot.  VeloZoom in partnership with the Freewheel Foundation donated 10 brand new full suspension mountain bikes to the Knights of Heroes Foundation.
