Over the past several years, friends Fran Holder and Ashley David have individually sold women's clothing and accessories in various local boutiques. They either rented space or sold their merchandise on consignment. With the support of their husbands, the idea to join forces and open a store of their very own materialized over several "meetings" at a favorite restaurant. When the opportunity to rent a local retail space presented itself, they knew it was meant to be. Their dreams became a reality, and Velvet Bleu was born. Fran and Ashley have a mutual respect for each other's unique tastes in fashion, and their new creation showcases their passion for fashion. The store offers a unique shopping experience: The Velvet Bleu Experience. Velvet Bleu offers the latest in women's clothing, shoes, accessories, and home decor, suitable for a wide range of ages and at reasonable prices.
