If I could give less than 1 star I would. I’ve gone here 4-5 times and only had 2 good experiences. The most recent time was awful. I asked to have gel dip removed to get acrylic back. The tech Andy removed my gel dip by ripping them off. First he would clip a corner which I didn’t want to lose length and using a nail tip to rip the dip from my nail. By doing this, which I asked him to not do after the second nail, he ripped my pink nail in half. I then asked him to not put anything on it because it was bleeding and hurt, and he shook his head no and did it anyways. That was a week ago and my acrylic is already lifting on the edge. I will never go back.Services:&nbsp;Nail art

Edit: I went back to get them fixed. Cindy did an amazing job and on second thought, I might go here again. I don't know who the woman was who did my nails the first time, but I'm just gonna assume she had a headache and wasn't doing her best work that day. ---- This is potentially the worst experience I've had at any nail salon. The woman who did my nails did a shoddy job on both feet and hands. There are gaps and imperfections all over, and the surface of the nails is very uneven. She also took FOREVER to do it, I was there for like two hours. No one spoke enough English to understand what I wanted. They tried to make my nails longer when I repeatedly said that I need them short because I play guitar, and then they did a dip manicure for some reason—I just wanted normal acrylic. Now it's only a few days later and I'm already getting lifting. I'm giving two stars instead of one only because they were nice and tried their best, but you really cannot provide a service to English speaking customers if you don't have at least one person there who speaks fluent English and can translate clearly what they want. Ben and Henry were wonderful! I came here for the first time for my wedding and everyone was so nice and personable. Facilities and tools were clean and soaked in alcohol. Nails look amazing! I will definitely be returning! Thank you so much!Services:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

Very friendly staff! When I came in the first time my nails were done a little too thick and they had someone else re-do the design. Henry called me today and had me come in and he re-did my set  I didn’t have to pay again . I really appreciated that they were very helpful and communicative!

I’ve been coming to this salon for years to see Henry. I love Henry and this has nothing to do with him or his work. Came a few weeks ago to get my sns done. My fiancé was also with me for a pedicure. We were the first people in the salon yet my fiancé soaked his feet for over 40 minutes before getting up and walking out. I scheduled another appt with Henry for today and when I arrived he was working on another client. No big deal. They said they were going to start my soak that way when he is done he can get started. I sat in acetone for 40 minutes. I have sensitive skin and it was burning so I pulled them off and walked out after looking at Henry’s client and realizing they are no where near done. I called and they said this happens, appointments run late yet they are not addressing the fact that I’m just sitting in chemicals while not being checked on or acknowledged.  Henry, if you see this and you’re able to do home appointments let me know because I’ll never step foot here again.

Loc and eye brow tech did a  excellent job, Loc took his time and pamper my feet. This was a very good experience and I will refer Loc and return for next service.

SNS looks very natural- Henry was my nail tech. He followed what l requested and I'm very satisfied.  Pedicure I've had 3 times here,  I enjoy the service but the massage ,callous removal , and cuticle trim I'm still looking for the right technician for my idea of a perfect pedicure.. They do include hot towels,  hot stone and paraffin so it's very relaxing.  Manicure I've done once here- good job but much too basic for $20.  The ambiance is nice, it's  clean & you also earn points .  More options of pink variations in color would also be a good thing for the salon.  The color thing has been a challenge when I visit. All things considered  I still can give a good score based on my experience.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure
