I have gone there twice now. I don’t think I will go back. It’s not because of the quality. I was satisfied with that. The first time the gentleman that did my full set made me uncomfortable. He was brash and rough. Today, I’m almost positive that my nail tech started making fun of a rather heavy woman that walked in. Of course, I can’t be sure because they were speaking in another language but tone, timing, giggles and the sideways glances are pretty telling. I can’t continue giving money to a business that doesn’t respect ALL clientele.
I highly recommend to find anywhere else to go get your nails done! This is a place I used to attend a few years ago but stopped going to because of the poor job I would get. I was dying to have my nails done and didn't have time to make an appt elsewhere so I went back with an open mind. I was MISTAKEN! My gel manicure felt and LOOKS rushed-through, as there is polish on my cuticles and the man made 3 of my nail cuticles to bleed. I am NOT one to complain, but just truly unbelievable and a waste of money, let alone time. To be truthful, the manicure I paid for looks like something I could have done & I do not have a steady hand whatsoever. I called to let them know & whoever I spoke to acted like she had much better things to do than talk to me. I will not EVER be returning now, and I strongly encourage you NOT to go here. I went in at 10:30 and they quoted me a 45 minute wait. As I was sitting there, I noticed two girls come in and pick out a color and immediately get sat down around 11:30 to get a gel polish. It appeared they knew the girl who did their nails and seemed like one of her regulars. I didn’t get sat until around 12:30 and then was told that I couldn’t get a balance and that a new set had to be done. I got them removed and then left. I will not be going back. This wasn’t the first time I have had an issue. Before, they have rushed my nails and I always leave with one or more cuticle cut. Wouldn’t recommend going. Waited two hours to get serviced. When it was my turn the man doing my nails was very aggressive and when asked to correct a crooked nail he cut the nail off and began to yell at me causing a scene in the salon. I asked to speak to the manager and she was unhelpful and did not seem to care about the treatment. Would not recommend.
They ALWAYS do an amazing job on my nails! Everyone is so nice and do a great job. Johnny did my nails today and even helped me pick out the perfect pink color. Thank you! Recommend this place always!Service: Acrylic nails
Great service every time. During my last visit, Sabrina helped me and gave me a beautiful, natural-looking manicure that I haven't been lucky enough to find anywhere else! Very kind and courteous, good communication. Thank you!
When I was looking at the dip powder swatches as a customer I was assuming those were the colors I was getting and that it was with multiple coats. So I had asked for a clear nail, and expecting that I would get the color I saw I chose one of the swatches. Later as my nail tech was doing my nails it was getting pinker and darker and I asked are you sure this is clear and he said yes. I asked multiple times to make sure because I did not want pink at all. Then later when they were activated it was a dark pink. I talked to the manager and she said I should have known better and that if I wanted to get the clear I would have to pay extra to get it removed and redone. This nail tech also did a bunch of things that I know I am a learning nail tech are not something you so in dip. Like dehydrate the nail, TOUCH the fresh dipped nails and put activator over the glossy top coat which made it crack. He also tan over my cuticle and skin multiple times cutting me. They refused to give a comprise or redo them without having me pay for two sets. I still recommend because the past two time I have gone they’ve done a great job but my experience was not great this time. Very upset with my most recent experience here. I got a full set of acrylics done and was pretty happy at first. Then I began to notice a lot of flaws. My thumbs were extremely uneven and when I think about it the person who did my nails didn't ever check them to compare my nails like i've had done at a ton of other salons. My nails were not dry after sitting below the fans for a while and then later after about an hour or two, a bunch of marks were there as though they had not dried at all. The polish was a gorgeous color, but chipped away so much. Then after a few days, I accidentally bumped my hand, a normal mistake that usually would not result in anything and my nail had chipped completely and snapped in half. My mom was really impressed by her pedicure which is why i'm even giving 3 stars. However she also told me her polish did not last at all. But I would hope with price and everything that my nails would be a little bit higher quality. I am also going on a trip very soon so I don't have time to get them repaired. Will not get another set from here for sure.
I recently witnessed a male nail tech yell at a young lady after her request to fixed an error on his part. The tech took the nail tip off as he raised his voice, grabbed his things, and refused her service. When she spoke to the manager she confirmed witnessing his behavior, looked as if this was his normal refused to discuss the issue further, then made sure knew it would still be full price. This is unacceptable.
Extremely disappointed and sincerely do not recommend anyone coming here. I had booked my bridal party to get their nails done over a month prior to our appointment. I was told any changes or add ons would be accepted up to a week before hand. I called and added two pedicures on to our appointment, and the receptionist said everything was in and updated. We come in on our scheduled date to find out none of that was actually written down. My MIL and mom got to go back and had an okay experience. My foot was cut during my pedicure and when I questioned it I was told “it’s fine, it’ll stop bleeding,” and then I had originally booked an upgrade with my pedicure I didn’t receive because my tech said, “I don’t have time for that.” For my manicure I had a particular green picked out, come to find out they didn’t have anymore of that color in gel, which was fine until they picked out a completely different color and painted that on even though I repeatedly asked for just white at that point. I had to basically argue to get it taken off. Another in our party was taken after two walk ins, and then asked repeatedly for the water to be colder because the water quite literally left burn marks, and that was shrugged off. After her pedicure she had to wait over an hour for her manicure, which was booked originally, because two walk ins were taken before her, again. I’ve come here multiple, multiple times in the past few years and can honestly say I’ve had one good experience while the rest have been severely disappointing. Don’t waste your time. Besides the terrible customer service, your health risks aren’t worth it. My friend did speak to the manager and they simply responded, “okay,” and that was that.
