I Guess French is no longer a thing, I called they said there no wait but when I arrived there was about a 10mins wait to be seated pedicure was amazing now my nails I’m sorry but pricing is ridiculous 107.for nails that are thick the smile line not even a smile line ! And for as much I asked for thinner nail she was not listening or to even fix the pink wasn’t the pink that I asked again made her aware not the color eventually just continued with appt due to they were trying to get me out as about double appt was waiting to take my seat I’m sorry but I won’t be coming back it too much of a crowded place nails salon are not the same to where they actually take the time to do the nails correctly this is women’s moms time to be away to herself I want it worth whole and sorry but I wasn’t was a horrible experience , do better

I went in a few days ago for nexgen two colors and their most basic pedicure. The pedicure was fine. A tech started on the pedicure at the same time someone started on my nails I didn’t already have a set on that needed to be removed first and they finished at exactly the same time. I thought this was very fast and they definitely look rushed, the tips that were put on were not the right size for my nails so a lot of my actual nail is visible on several fingers, the sides were filed sloppily and look jagged, and my cuticles were SLICED up by the dremmel and have been very sore for the last few days. I don’t normally write reviews but I was super disappointed and more so concerned with the cuts on the cuticles as I’ve never been cut up this bad and I can’t go get a new set put on right now even if I wanted to until they heal. I know occasional knicks are inevitable but I’ve never had them look like this several days later and still be hurting. It looks awful and poses a risk for infection - do not recommend this salon, unfortunately.Services: Pedicure

came at 2pm , currently 5:30pm. came in to get my nails done for my babyshower , asked front desk for white acrylic nails. they put clear acrylic and put polish on top. Left for 25 minutes to the store & all nails were cracking w the nail polish.came back and talked to the manager that wasted an hour of my time trying to explain , doesn’t know much English. The white sweet girl at front told me she know why I was upset and they just don’t have white acrylic powder. when that should of been said from the beginning when I first asked .they still want to charge me more for fixing there fu** up. just don’t come here and do yourself a favor!

It's convenient and can always get in even if you haven't made an appointment. Just got dipped powder French manicure and the lowest priced gel pedicure $133. Whether I pay for extra services, the results seem to be the same, so I don't. Their menu is long. I don't really care for all the fancy names and scents. They'll be gone as soon as I wash my hands. They seem to charge by the scent. Several times have had to ask to redo a nail or two, or cut the toe nails a lot shorter, because i wear tennis shoes and would like it to last longer, or because they come out uneven, chipped, missing a corner, etc. They work fast, not necessarily great. That's not a good experience, especially when they try to tell you it's fine, because they're in a hurry and already have another person to work on. Prices are a bit high, but guess I'm paying for the location.

I did a walk in here after I had been hunged up on by another nail shop in the area. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and courteous. The place was packed full but I was still able to get to be attended to after a 10 minute wait. Heather, the young lady who receives the guests was so pleasant and felt like an angel. The nail technicians especially the one who gave me a pedicure was very good and polite. The manager also came over to assist me in getting off the chair and put on my sandals I just had a knee surgery-some disability. Everyone was very kind and I will visit again. I normally visit a nail shop in the Frisco/Little Elm area although I live in Prosper. This is much closer to me and I will visit again. Thank you.

The massage for the legs was painful, the arm massage was a lot of chopping and not massaging, then the polish for my nails is horrible. I have paint on the skin around my nails AND my snowflake design looks like a child drew it. : paid $100 and not happy. Will not be back! Also I asked for eyebrow waxing and they never did it.Services: Pedicure

Some nail techs are just okay, the front desk helpers are great, very friendly and attentive to your needs, however the older female Asian manager forgot nameis clearly biased, unfriendly and she will treat & assess you according to your skin color. My last visit which will definitely be my last I was charged $75 for gel filled nails, yes I was missing a few nails but this was ridiculous and because I forgot my $5 discount card they did not want to honor the discount though I’ve witnessed on many occasions clients checking out without their card and they honored the discount. Overall I believe their services are overpriced and not that great.

i went into the spa and was greeted by the most beautiful young lady at the desk, i think she said her name was claudia. she was so sweet and nice and very professional. she deserves a raise! love this placeService: Pedicure

The worst service possible!! I am not visiting this place again. When I called they said no wait time. I was made to wait more than 20 minutes. I had the worst pedicure ever by Leslie. Her communication was very bad and gave worst leg massage ever for $35.
