Venezia Nail Spa

Today I went to Venezia for the second time. Today was my first time getting my nails done and not just a pedicure. Sarah did my nails and May did my toes. At the end of my visit I went to pay. My nails alone were $80 toes $65. I was fine with my toes and would have been fine with my nails but I was curious to know why they were $80 when they were very basic. I asked Sarah can she just give me a break down and she just walked away. I was surprised because we had a pleasant conversation while my services were being done. Prior to her walking away she spoke to the desk clerk in another language. He then offered me $5 off. At this point I knew I was overcharged and requested to know the break down again. Very politely I may add and I even smiled. The manager Lucy was called over and she brought Sarah over again to explain the fee. Sarah just kept saying I told you it was $80. I apologized and stated I didn't hear that and if she did say it can she please break down the charges. Lucy grabbed the menu and her calculator to put everything in. I asked her to let me see the charges so I can add it myself. Low and behold I was overcharged $25. Price for shellac is $50 included in full set. $5-$15 for length and $5 for coffin. I still ended up paying $130 so they charged me $10 for the length instead of $5. But whatever. It's not about the money. Sarah didn't expect me to tip and tried to overcharge me. I'm not sure if it's because I'm black but I don't know how else to feel. I always tip. This time I didn't but I'm sure no one in this situation would. My feelings are hurt and I feel devalued as a human. I took off work today to have me time and this happened. I will never visit this establishment again. It sucks because they did amazing work.

I recently moved from ATL where I had a regular spot to get my nails and pedicures. I was hesitant to choose anywhere new but today Susan gave me THE BEST pedicure I have had in my entire life. She paid attention to the details and now I think I can be a foot model

I’m not the one to ever write reviews or complain..However, I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a while now. Today I went in for a full set on my nails and color change on my toes. The nail tech that did my nails was Sarah. Before the nail tech started on my nails I told her how I wanted my nails and the length I wanted. She did the total opposite and my nails look awful , also she was ruff while doing my nails. I had to ask the nail tech to pls be a little more gentle. Also for the length she did my nails, I felt like I was being overcharged. I am extremely, disappointed in the results. I was so disappointed I decided not to get the color change on my toes. The only reason I gave a 1 star is because Daniel was really Nice and apologetic for my experience and gave me 10 dollars off my service. I won’t be coming back to this establishment…This was a ware of money and time.

I love this place Tammy always takes care of me and she does an amazing job. Not only she makes sure I am pleased with the service and with my nails but she is very sweet. My friends also come with me and other girls do their nails and they are very professional!

Really loved how my nails turned out! My nail tech made them look so cute and pretty! Sooooo many color options for powder/dip. I was a walk-in, they had me seated within 10-15 min. Nail tech was quick but careful, receptive to my requests, and overall did a really great job!

I’ve been to this place maybe 8-10 times and the last two times I’ve been my nails looked horrible like my 7 year old did them. I do not like my polish to have imperfections. We pay a lot of money to get our nails done and to be neat. When I told Susan I did not like how the polish had bubbles she caught an attitude and buffed the polish off, but that did not clean up the mess. If you do not apply the polish neat it can not be polished over or it’s just going to keep looking worse. With that being said I will not be back to this place. My time is limited and I expect things to be done right the first time.

Reasonable prices, very clean, spacious, multiple nail color and shape options & exceptional service. Everyone’s nice! My nails always last so long. 2 weeks after pictures. I love it here.

I need to share with all of you, I have been visited many salons overseas and have good experience with all kind of nails , polish , gelish nail deep powders and etc,,,,, salons unfortunately I found it’s terrible place. Not clean job, very fast doing their work, not understanding English very well when I want to explain what I want and it’s really expensive place not worthy at all. They charge me more than it’s worth . It’s not professional place. For women who looking for clean, great job and professional it’s not not not the place. Not recommended at all.
