I recently bought a 2024 Buick from Vera Motors and I have to say that I am very happy with my purchase. The dealership was clean, well-organized, and had a large selection of cars to choose from. The salesperson, Jose, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He answered all my questions and explained the features and benefits of the car. He also gave me a fair price. The financing process was quick and easy, and I got a low interest rate and a reasonable monthly payment. The car was ready for me to drive away in less than an hour, and it was in perfect condition. I love driving my new car, it is smooth, comfortable, and fuel-efficient. I would highly recommend Vera Motors to anyone looking for a new or used car. My in-laws from the keys have bought two vehicles a 2023 gmc 2500 at4 diesel and a 2022 gmc Denali Yukon xl. I dealt with Jorge morales and Orlando, from The moment I walk through the door I was greeted and treated like family. These guys know their stuff super helpful extremely knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommended this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle I know I will be doing all my future business with Vera. They are not recommended at all. In October 2021, I purchased a new car here, which has presented different manufacturing issues, so I’m going for the Lemon Law. Since GM informed them regarding the application for the Lemon Law, I have experienced terrible situations with the service department, mechanics, and administration. They are not responsible for their defective cars, and I recently heard that when the lemon law gets in place, they lose money, so they are not giving me their face because They don't want to lose money. They have also suggested I go to a different dealer to repair my car if I’m not happy with them, which is outrageous. Several times, when I tried to contact the general manager to talk about this situation with my car, which has been for about three months already of refusing to fix its transmission, disrespectful attitude from the chief of the service department, whose name is Gustavo, among others; they always say: the general manager is not available at this time and he will give you a call promptly, which has never happened. So please get away from VERA, a VERY lousy dealer. Please don’t put yourself in the same terrible situation that I’m now with a car that has failed with transmission more than three times. It suddenly performs awkwardly in cases such as losing control when it turns NEUTRAL by itself, which is extremely dangerous for me and my family. Besides, you have to deal with people who don’t care about your concerns and always make you feel guilty about their defective car’s issues, scream at you, and humiliate you and your family. Last time, they even yelled at my wife in the presence of my eight-year-old son.
I had a great experience once again at Vera Cadillac. They have a high level of service and reliability. Lorenzo was very helpful and made my Cadillac purchase a great experience.
The most amazing experience in a car concecionary. Very clear and proffesional salesman. Went to see a vehicle and end up staying at Vera and Daniel now and for future CADILLACS.
