I wasn't pleased at 1st with the change from White Oak State Bank to Vera Bank. There was an employee who no longer works there that I had a bad experience with along with the change. Change isn't easy especially missing George and Gina. However, after saying that, there are still many employees that have been there before the transition and I love everyone of them! Also, the new employees I've dealt with have been amazing too. I give Vera Bank a 5 star rating because they earned it in my eyes. They go above and beyond for their customers!! I began banking at this location in 1998 as White Oak State Bank then as Vera bank, I've only had one complaint and that employee is no longer with them. Thank you for 22 years of outstanding service!

John North and Brett Dollar are obviously delusional reviewers. This is an awesome bank with awesome employees. They go above and beyond to help everyone. Top notch service!!
