Came highly recommended by hotel staff and I’m so glad I listened! Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood this was a delicious brunch choice! Applewood smoked salmon skillet with seasoned hash browns, asparagus, and smoked Gouda! The pancake was great but paled in comparison to the cranberry walnut bread with cinnamon honey cream cheese . The hot chocolate was divine, creamy and not too sweet. Friendly staff! Just wonderful.
Absolutely fantastic experience, great customer service, our server Shayna was really corteus, always looking after us making it a 5 star experience . I will definitely recommend the restaurant/cafe to my friends. Honestly I felt like I m home. Kudos to the crew.!!
Brunch place was great average price for what you get around town for the same thing. Ordered the salmon Benedict was really good and very tasty and filling. They used real salmon and not smoked salmon like some other places.
I usually visit this location every month with family because the service is excellent and the food is awesome! My daughter enjoys the Silver dollar pancakes and my wife loves the Garden omelet. I usually get the Veggie Benedict with a side of the Verbena Browns. Can't go wrong with that dish! I stopped in today to meet a fellow brother in Christ for some breakfast. I ordered the Veggie benedict again and it was perfect. Our server Mike did a phenomenal job of taking care of us. Definitely recommend this location for a great breakfast. It is always busy and the staff is always friendly and courteous.
Always a great decision to come here for breakfast. They have a great selection of crepes and eggs Benedict but still have the classics too. Delicious!
I go to the Verbena from time to time and always have a pleasant experience. Today ordered the Corned Beef Verbena Hash. I'm a big fan of the Verbena Browns which are a big part of this dish. A combination of shredded and cubed potatoes. I'm strictly a hash browns man but these are terrific and I make an exception to the rule at Verbena. For some reason, other than it being high noon and they were hella busy, the eggs supposed to be a topper arrived on a separate plate. However they were perfect and I didn't ask for a discount to place them on top myself. We were taken care of by the very capable Beth. She was low key and there at all the right times. My only complaint about the Verbena is the noise level. One look up at the ceiling tells the story. Looks like design by Keller & Associates as in Helen . It is very high for no reason and nothing to absorb the sound but drywall and the HVAC system. This in no reflection on the Verbena but on the landlord. It's completely tasteless. The landlord should be giving the Verbena a monthly discount for irritating their customers.
A nice place to eat. Friendly staff. Clean. Quick seating, indoor/outdoor. Good bacon, sausage was not cooked well. Good french toast & pancakes.
Cozy breakfast and lunch spot in Norton Commons. Delicious food, great atmosphere and kid friendly. The white chicken chili and jalapeño cornbread were fantastic. And don't miss the hot chocolate..yum.

Fantastic server and fantastic breakfast. Let me say if you are thinking about BACON...get it!!!! Melt in your mouth bacon. I will be back even though I live in Indiana!!!
