Not a happy person..when two.phones are $98 a month. Now that my husband's phone is taken off of the account the bill is $71.20 for one phone..How does that make sense. They said it was probably a deal for two.. .always an excuse. I don't have a copy of a contract to prove anything..not dealing with this company anymore..
It's possible I simply caught them on a bad day, but while they weren't overtly rude, I got the distinct impression they weren't terribly interested in helping me, and I can't help but feel that's related to me openly explaining my budgetary constraints. Speculation, to be sure, but not without reason. I received exponentially better service immediately after, at Walmart, of all places, where I left very happily with a phone that suited my needs fine. I also spent a fraction of what I would have been perfectly willing to spend right there at Verizon, had they had any inclination to be more helpful. I can only assume the potential sales commission for my lowly budget wasn't sufficient motivation at Verizon.
The gentleman took time to take care of our situation without an appointment.
I've been a Verizon customer since the beginning. This experience was hands down the best I've ever had. Julie answered every question I had, she is very knowledgeable. She double checked every detail of my transaction for new phones. Don't hesitate to visit this store. THANK YOU!
Made an appointment, was there on time. Waited 20 minutes longer. When we was waited on, we received the new phone that they did have in-stock. But we was told they would not activate it, because they was too busy. That's very poor customer relations when you are paying $1200+$35+ a monthly charge for their service and they can't even get you started! People use Covide as an excuse! There is NO excuse for not being courteous to people that is spending a lot on your store, buying your product and paying you for your service! And people wonder what's happened to this great country?
After moving from NJ to TN I upgraded my phone and Melody was the best customer service rep I've ever dealt with. So friendly and patient. She made sure all my data was transferred successfully to the new phone. Best store experience I ever had. NJ stores tend to push you out the door and leave you on your own after a purchase. They don't take the time to complete the downloads and then make sure they were successful. This store is highly recommended.
I drive from a neighboring town to this specific Verizon location no matter what. Sometimes a few staff members can be very matter of fact and seem like they are bored, but they know their stuff. In the end that's what matters to me. :
