Walked into store to get a new SIM card for my SE phone 4G about fifteen minutes before close. Was told that that my phone could not receive a new SIM card because my SE phone was not combatable with their service anymore. I doubted that was true so went to the Apple store where they gave me a new SIM card, recommended I never go into a Verizon store because of this kind of service and said I'd be better to call customer service. I did that and go figure, Apple was correct, got the SIM card activated and all is good. One of two things was going on or maybe both - only interested in selling a new phone and could care less about current customers or it was fifteen minutes before close and didn't want to take any chance it might keep them after close. Either way, I am looking at my business account with 12 phones and shopping around.
I’ve visited the store twice, first time working with Gabriella was the perfect customer service experience. Friendly conversation while helping me process my device trade in. Second visit was another device trade in, but this time the store manager was the one that helped us, I’ve had a more pleasant customer service experience at gas stations and Walmart than with this man. To be fair, everything we went to the store to do, we got done. But everything along the way was aggravating, not being very helpful, I’m having to ask questions to about half of his questions to understand what he’s asking. He also he made us completely reset the iPhone we were trading in before activating the new iPhone that we upgraded to for my girlfriend. I did my iPhone transfer at home and was able to do the intended Apple transfer where both devices are on and transferring data from the old one to the new one. He told us that “to do that is a $30 fee and we would have to set up an appointment for that.” I did this whole process at home in 10 minutes on my new phone I had delivered. It’s ridiculous that they wouldn’t let us do that, I could’ve done it myself with no help from any of the staff while they helped other customers waiting for service. I’ll never come back here unless I have no other options because of my second experience.
Long wait. Both managers went in back instead of helping. I only give it a 2 bc the sales lady was nice and helpful and the manager was the OPPOSITE so I won't buy anything further from there.
If you want to have the worst customer service - go right to that location. People, who work there don’t care about your time, they don’t even try to be polite. One more thing, they can deceive you. If you say that you do not need phone protection, they will add it to your bill anyway.
Came in with a connection issue. Feras said he would swap the sim, but was too busy texting and didn't do it right. Completely lost all service on my phone, and couldn't connect to any sim. So he broke my phone, then tried to claim it was like that.. even though i used the phone gps and data to get to the store.. and tried to say i would have to buy a new phone. Breaks my phone and says i have to pay for it.. and lies. Luckily Michael restored my phone, and actually fixed the issue. But i will be making a complaint against feras with corporate after the holiday weekend.
We have lived in several cities and been Verizon customers for over 20 years. This store has the best staff ever! They are knowledgeable, polite, accommodating-- just the best I have ever seen anywhere!

People, who work at this location do not any respect to clients. I had some questions about my phone and plan, when I asked them, one of the employees was interacting me, while other one was laughing from my questions. It is really disappointing…
I wish I could have recieved better service. When I entered the store, I was greated and the associate was very nice, but he refused to answer any of my questions because I wasn't the account manager on my shared Verizon plan. All I wanted to know was comparisons on the different phones but no one offered me any help and when I tried to reproach, they brushed me off and continuedwith their conversation. I work retail for my living and I understand that all of my questions may not have been able to have been answered but I would never ignore my customers in the way I was ignored. I'll be going to a different location with better customer service.
Long line every time. It seems to me that only one person working with clients, while others just hiding somewhere at the back of the store…
