It’s been nothing but headaches since we walked into this location. We have been overcharged for months even though we were given a set price when we activated our phones at this location. We tried so many times to get the situation handled but the phone representatives are given a script that they all follow so they have no clue what is actually going on. Finally we speak to the branch manager and he fixes the situation, only for it to arise again. Now we are being overcharged by at least $80 a month. I walked into this location after work and the customer service was non existent, very rude staff! It’s like if they can’t make a sale off of you then they don’t even want to talk to you. I’m absolutely over it! Not to mention the service is so bad, my calls are constantly dropping, I can barely have a decent conversation whether I’m inside or outside because of the poor phone service.
I am compelled to share my deeply frustrating customer service experience with Verizon, a telecommunications company that not only provided subpar service but also overcharged me by more than $100 per month. It is disheartening to recount the numerous challenges I encountered throughout my interactions with them. To begin with, the overcharging issue was the catalyst for my dissatisfaction. Despite signing up for a specific plan with clearly outlined pricing, I consistently received inflated bills each month. This blatant disregard for accurate billing left me feeling deceived and cheated as a customer. Upon contacting Verizon's customer service to address this issue, I had hoped for a swift resolution. Unfortunately, the ordeal proved to be an arduous one. Their response time was frustratingly slow, with lengthy waiting periods on the phone and delayed email responses. This lack of urgency showcased a lack of respect for my time and concerns. When I finally managed to speak with a representative, their knowledge and understanding of the situation were severely lacking. They seemed uninformed about the details of my plan and the discrepancies in the billing. Instead of offering a clear explanation or solution, they provided contradictory information that only added to the confusion. The lack of accountability and responsibility on the part of Verizon was distressing. Despite providing ample evidence of the overcharging, they were dismissive and unapologetic. Their failure to acknowledge their mistake and rectify the situation further eroded my trust in their ability to provide reliable service. Furthermore, the absence of a satisfactory resolution was deeply disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to escalate the matter and seek a fair resolution, I was met with indifference and a lack of follow-through. Verizon's inability or unwillingness to address the overcharging issue left me feeling helpless and frustrated as a customer. In conclusion, my experience with Verizon's customer service was marked by overcharging, slow response times, uninformed representatives, and a lack of accountability. I hope that Verizon takes this feedback seriously, as it is essential for them to rectify these issues and provide improved customer service and accurate billing to regain the trust of their customers.
My advice… don’t choose Verizon unless you are unbelievably rich! I’d rather pay less than half price at t-mobile! Verizon gives you a whopping $20 military discount. T-mobile cuts it in half! When you switch from Verizon they are super salty and hit you with some incredible fines and fees. It’s obvious after looking through the reviews that Verizon is having a hard time. We were with them for a very long time, probably 12+ years this go round. They are worse than a salty ex wife! They take all your money while you’re married and then they still want a piece of you after you’re divorced! Edit: they did not end up charging the fees, and let us go on our way, but no one ever contacted me to let me know that they weren’t going to.
Store employees were very unprofessional except the one who went above and beyond to try and assist me, Alec. The rest were punching each other and horse playing including the acting manager. I watched the male employee put his hands on a denial employee. I’m was here around 3pm. Alec is the only reason for 3 stars or it would be 0.
I had a nightmare of a time purchasing a phone and setting it up, but this location impressed me with their customer service and their willingness to get to the bottom of the issue. I had trouble getting the port code from my previous carrier because I could not accept their code via text my previous phone was lost. Despite their complete lack of assistance, the manager here made sure that the Verizon port team stayed on the line with me until we could come to a conclusion with my other carrier. After multiple hours, we were able to do that and was able to get my phone activated. I'd urge people to be calm with the staff when they face problems because they can be helpful if you allow them to be!
Very nice experience setting up a new line for my grandma today. Remi was incredibly helpful and got us in and out in record time! Everyone we interacted with were helpful and polite!
The employees are helpful but Verizon dropped the ball on contact my wife new iPhone 14 Max. It took them 3 days to connect the new phone. We lost money and business.
service was great and didnt push to purchase... but bit overpriced.
The service is so bad it's almost laughable. Unprofessional could be used to describe every employee working there. Some employees have badges that let people know they speak Spanish. We tried speaking to those employees in Spanish and what do we get? Responses in English. So much for "yo hablo español". All in all, the workers definitely hate their job and they're not afraid to show it, they're practically stealing money and time.
