I went in paid cash for everything. It took a long time but it was done. I took my phone back to show that the glass had cracked and I want it fixed or a new phone. I paid for the insurance. The guy argued with me that it was the plastic cover, I know what broken glass & how it feels but he would not accept that. I’m also suppose to be getting a discount on my bill but so far every phone number I have been given for this store does not work and it says that. How in the hell do I get what I need? I personally don’t want to go deal with anyone there. I’m also qualified for Life Line but when I asked they said there was an error and I had to reapply again to get that. I have been with Verizon for years when I was single, married, etc. never had this much trouble to get what I need. Looking at canceling everything and go buy a prepaid phone. Or Consumer Cellar at this point!
I’ve read ALL of the reviews BEFORE going to this location. My first visit was in 12/1/2022… I had a representative by the name of Alondra. She assisted me with my Husbands Xmas gift, I didn’t write a review for that visit because I wanted to see how TODAY’S visit went. FAST FORWARD to TODAY, 1/1/23.. I was assisted once more by Alondra & her Manager- in short, the Customer Service was Amazing ON BOTH VISITS! IDK what all the hype is about previous reviews and while I don’t discredit their experience.. I can only share mine. I’m a STICKLER for customer service and it’s important to me! Most of my reviews are Positive with an exception of 1 or 2.. in general, I call it like I “experience “ it. This Verizon store has great customer service and as far as ALONDRA … she is amazing! I will be back!
Carlos is a great customer friendly representative. He always puts customer first. He is a very knowledgeable both technical and about Verizon’s business, respects customers time. He is an asset to Verizon, Visalia and the Verizon! Thanks a lot for your service Carlos. Update 5/18/2023 I happened to visit this store again to get my new phone activated. Wow, again an outstanding experience visiting this store. Michael helped me with all my questions and he went an extra mile and called Verizon technical team to get the best service to the customer. Michael is so patient, knowledgeable and works for the best interest of Verizon and its customer. If I were on the Recruiting Manager, I would make sure he is in my team and company. Thanks a lot Michael. You are awesome!!
I am super happy with the service provided by Verizon and the employees of this store. I have always had great service with Verizon. I made the awful mistake 5 months ago to switch to AT&T because they were offering a better deal at the time but that ended up being the worst decision ever. AT&T messed up so many things, they never provided me with what they had promised and at the end it cost me way more switching to them. All that to say I am sorry extremely thankful to be back with Verizon!
Friendly service and didn't spend as much as I thought I would
Never write stuff like this, but the management and employees here are terrible. Lots of people here were upset at this store. The employees didn’t want to help or assist the customers. Treated us like kids and didn’t think we were actually upgrading our phones and put us to the side. Waited about three hours to be attended. Don’t come here to get upgrades this place is useless and Costco was way more friendlier and helpful.
Just recently went into the store to purchase the s22 ultra, through the Verizon mobile app it states that if you purchase the s22 ultra you can get the Galaxy buds pro version 2 for 60% off so I bought the buds and they sent me the basic version 2 buds. when I went into the store to purchase the phone they said that the phone couldn't be purchased and they needed to mail it to me because it was allocated. well when I received my wrong headphones in the mail I went into the store to try to get my issue resolved and the manager and one of the other employees kept whispering to one another about my headphones and eventually did not end up giving them to me after they went to the back to get the headphones and said it was an online error even though till this day it still shows the advertisement and they try to say that it was in online error
This store is the worst I call customer care they transferred me to the tire so I could go pick up my phone that I had paid for and the guy told me we told ur phone can’t do nothing about it then they tell me that can’t do nothing about it I have to wait 4 weeks until I get my phone that I already paid for DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE THE WORST THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! Choose T-Mobile
Love going to this store! They always help me with exactly what I need and they are fast and efficient! I've been with is company for over 12 years and i have never been unsatisfied. If there is anything wrong with my phone they are more then helpful in getting it fixed! Just recently I had just upgraded my phone and when I stared it up I found that I had no mic when I took it back in they replaced the phone and waved the restocking fee!!! Thank you guys for the great customer service and always doing such a good job!! Much appreciation!
Wait time wasn't long...very good customer service...had great recommendations for products that fit my needs.
