I did an equipment return for a router I was no longer using because I had my own. Moments later I got an emailed receipt and a second email that my account was terminated. A text from a family member then followed indicating that I had NO PHONE AND NO INTERNET! When questioned the Employees at the location provided me with a phone number and not much else. When pressed they said "due to a glitch in the system this can happen" and to call the number. I did and was told that I will be without service for several days because the account was terminated. Speaking with the store in person a final time they stated that they are not responsible, have no ability to cause or resolve the issue and "do not work for Verizon". I can't know who's fault this is but it just might be the worst customer experience/outcome I've had to deal with ever so for that 1 star.
Zach was extremely helpful and well informed in helping me set up my first smartphone and giving me all the information I needed. His good humor made my day.
Don't buy any accessories from this store. I just purchased some blue tooth headphones a few hrs prior and they never worked. Instead of exchanging item, they made me go through the manufacturer warranty process when they could've easily taken care of on their side. Pure
Overall a very positive experience with this Verizon store. I was looking to upgrade my existing iphone 7, and got a good plan and an iphone 12 with a promotion. Ian, who helped me from the beginning, was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. He explains things very clearly and well. Will definitely use their store next time for Verizon needs.
Young man Ethan helped me get a new Galaxy s22 ultra. He had told me the week before that he would call when the new phones come in and he followed through. Excellent service, made the data transfer and use discussion great!
Zach was knowledgeable and friendly. I was very happy with his service. Give him a raise!
Ian was awesome! Friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. I honestly feel like I got the best deal possible. I did call around. He seemed to be the most knowledgeable rep. Everything went fast and smooth. He figured out how make it all work even though I had a bit of a time deadline and was looking for something very specific. Glad randomly popped in this store. Totally recommend.
Too bad I had to give even one star one star. Beware of Ian and Zach, unless you enjoy being treated rudely. Especially Zach! Came in with a simple fix. Left ready to go with another another service. Still shaking my head about how horrible customer service can be. I think Ian and Zach set a new standard. DON'T GO!!!!
Alvaro was a pleasure to work with! Very friendly and personable!! Very helpful and knowledgeable and got things done!! He is one of those hard to find respectful customer service workers that’s knows what he’s doing! I will definitely go back and request him for any of my future needs or help!!
My husband and I visited the Westford store tonight, as we each needed to each get a new iPhone. We had the good fortune to meet two extremely knowledgeable, patient and polite employees by the names of David and Max. After a long day at work, we were more than pleased with their helpfulness and support which made the process as smooth as it could be. We knew what phone we wanted but they were able to explain things that we were not aware of, transfer our data from our old phones, and have us on our way. So thanks to David & Max - you are the best!
