Noah was so helpful! He spent the time needed with me making sure that my new phone was set up properly! He listened to me and made helpful recommendations, being careful not to pressure me into decisions! I would highly recommend Noah especially if like me, you have limited knowledge in technology!
Noah is the best iPhone tech person that I have worked with. Came in two weeks ago to find out about possible new plans on a new iPhone. Noah compared all the options for me. Came back today and upgraded my phone, trading in my old one. He saved me $400, got everything on a better plan and transferred over, was very professional, and great to work with. Highly recommend!
Destinee was amazing to work with! We were going to be out of the country during some great promo deals and she worked it out so we didn’t miss out! She was excellent in helping us get everything set up! We highly recommend!
Jairod got me set up with a new s22 and was extremely helpful. I'm impressed with his multi tasking skills, he had multiple operations going at once, and made sure other customers were being helped during the process so nobody was stuck waiting.

Cole at the Verizon Store in Pendleton was extremely helpful. He was a gentleman and gave us every detail about getting on a plan with Verizon. We got two IPhone 14 pro Max’s & two Apple Watches as well. He made it such an easy and fast process to switch us over and set up our new devices. We appreciated all his help and for being so patient during the entire process.
Laura was upfront and honest about the charges and changes to our bill. Best customer service person in a cellular phone company I have worked with. She will have my return business.
