Not only we’re all my questions answered but they also assisted in solving a problem for me in an efficient and timely manner. This place practices the same methods of making sales as predatory lenders. They were dishonest and made any promise necessary to make the sale, despite whatever they were promising being untrue. They promised to waive activation fees and begged us to get second eSIM lines stating they would not cost us anything. Well...the first bill came in at $750 for the first month and now they say they cannot help us. Also, waited in the store for an over an hour to not even be helped. Avoid this place and Verizon Wireless at any cost!!!!
I had pre-ordered my new phone online, but a week later my Fold4 had still not shipped. I went into the Verizon Store with my tired but ancy 4.5 year old and it couldnt have gone any better. They took care of me as quick as possible and were very friendly. I left the store smiling and laughing with my son and forgotten all about the shipment issue and the 5 different people from the online support. Thanks again. The new store looks great too.
I came in to upgrade my phones. I had previously stopped at 2 other branches in NH and had some pretty bad experiences. The Biddeford location was close to my work so I gave it a try andni am so happy i did. I had Jane abd Matthew as representatives and theys were patient, knowledgeable and not pushy . I highly recommend them and this location to all verizon customers.
Oh the woes of getting a new phone. In all the years I've had phones this is the first time I've broken one and had to upgrade before I actually wanted to. Rip Samsung 20, I will miss you : I went into Verizon in Biddeford and was immediately greeted by upbeat and personable gentlemen - Angel, Pranav and Derrick. I briefly explained my casualty situation and the reason I braved the storm to share time with them on that particular day. I loosened the grip from my grieving hand to show them the state of my poor, poor phone. There were some awww's, there were some chuckles, there were some other non verbal responses. They knew my loss. They felt my loss. clearly this is all for dramatic effect, let's not get crazy. Anyway, they were all knowledgeable and eager to help me rectify my situation. They never tried to convince me to go to the other far superior iPhone side which is always a bonus. They just let me be a peasant a little longer ; There were some ups and downs due to Samsung removing the SD slot from the newer phones in comes Steve and Matthew. The big dogs from 'out back'. It took a village to fix what I had done. This is such a story! I expect it to be published early next year. Again, joking. My experience with Angel, Pavnav, Derrick, Steve and Matthew listed in order of appearance not importance was a pleasant one. They were all patient and down to earth; gentlemen. Nothing was forced. Nothing was scripted. No tactics or attempts at creating a 'sales' situation/environment. They listened, they assisted, they fixed my problem hiccups and all all while remaining easy going and fun to work with and talk to. I appreciate ALL of you! Thanks for helping.
Don’t go to this store if you expect service. I went over 30 minutes before closing to simply buy an Apple watch. I waited 10 minutes just to be told by the employee that it was too late to be helped as she was the only one on the floor and her manager was out back. Either tell customers as they walk in that you can’t help them or ask your manager to come out front to help customers.
The worst service ever. I am now with TMobile and cannot be more happy.
Hello! I'm a photographer and Digital Artist. I was having issues with my new S20FE ULTRA, It was trying to figure out all the new features on the camera as well as Samsung Gallery, I could not find some of the menus, I went down to the Biddeford Location of Verizon and made an appointment for the next day, to fix my issues with my phone. When I arrived at 6pm, I was greeted by a very friendly staff who were able to solve the missing menus issue After that meeting with the staff at Biddeford Verizon, I had a much better understanding of the S20 FE ULTRA, and the incredible camera that takes incredible shots!
We were sold an outlandish package of 2 androids by Eric with $189 monthly plan for 3 years. We were taken. Don't use this store.
I brought in a phone that I purchased off my father. Phone was paid but waiting for unlock code. The guy said I needed to purchase the month to month card to get it unlocked. I said I don't have my unlock code yet. He insisted . So I did it . He started the portal of number before I could unlock the phone. Therefore I lost my number. That in turn cause my phone to deactivate. You would think these people would have half a brain and listen to our concerns. I reacted harshly. I will never return as I was told don't ever return to the biddeford store again. Mind you problem was caused by there lack of training and pure ignorance.
