When I experience excellent customer service, I consider it my duty to pay respect to it, and bring it to others' notice as well. I went into the store on 19 Nov, not knowing what a complex problem I was running into and Rachel, specialist, made it light hearted and at the same time an excellent experience. She had a brilliant understanding about the issue, has excellent interpersonal skills and above all displayed a keen and genuine interest and focus on solving the problem for me. I experienced the same again when I went in again today. When you have employees like Rachel, you could be at peace as their manager or as an entrepreneur, as they make the place what it is, a welcoming and warm environment. 5/5 stars, thanks to Rachel.
I’ve been a Verizon customer for the less than a month, after having multiple issues with Verizon overall, I decided to stick with them and even decided to come back to the store to ask about a 5G laptop I’ve had my eye on for a while… after deciding on buying the laptop, I asked the “manager” Aubrey to waive the $35 activation fee on the line after having hear him offered to waived 2 activation fees to the people that were also on the fence of buying 2 phones right in front of me, his response was extremely shocking and his delivery was rude so say the least, he proceeded to tell me that “buying a tablet/laptop did not benefit him or his store in any way and that if it was a phone, he would gladly do it”, he said that was Verizon’s policy for activation fee waiving which to me sounds like an unfair practice. After the purchase was over, I asked my representative to please help me make sure the device was activated to which she responded that it was and that I was welcomed to stay around and set up my device to make sure that it was activated and then walked away. It seems that they were more interested in closing the store down and shutting the gates down 15 minutes before actual close time than taking care of the customer. I sure hope this is not the service I will continue to experience as a new Verizon customer going forward.
They were alright at first however, when my nanny she comes from unwealthy background came in a few moments after me and asked how much a phone cost as she was a looking for a new one, the lady didn’t offer to even help. She looked so annoyed that my nanny had come in. This made me very unhappy. I could not believe this. I cannot believe this type of behavior. however when I came back the next day I got a new person Dante, I believe was his name he was very kind and helpful. But the behavior from the other lady was unacceptable.
The WORST customer service experience of my life. The manager was very rude and had an attitude, and I was calm, kind, and patient with him. I needed to get my brand new phone set up - brand new Verizon customer. This is literally my first Verizon customer service experience. I walk in, and explain I need my phone set up and data transferred. He says “Well, you KNOW we do CHARGE for that service. It’s $30.” I said “OK - that’s new….back in the day, set up was free, but that’s ok, I will pay! I haven’t changed phones in 6 years - it’s an iPhone 6.” “Well this is NOT BACK IN THE DAY.” “Ok, I will pay.” “And also, it’s already 6pm and we close at 7. We DO have the expectation of getting out of here on time.” WOW. Just wow. I clarify I came an hour before closing and he is sending me packing. He is OK with that. So I leave. I call another Verizon store, and they agree to take me even last minute. Save yourself an unpleasant trip and SKIP this store!
Employees were not helpful transferring old phone info to new. Said it couldn't be done. When I had questions about new phone operation, I was told to read the online instructions. These employees were most interested in helping the next customer, not the one who had just bought a phone and had questions. The manager was very dismissive.
Location is ok. Staff not well trained and confused. They seem not to be interested in their jobs. Been at this location for same issue couple of times with no solution. Finally met, a Business rep- Mabruk who solved the issue in less than 30mins. Gus and AudreyManager are very rude, unprofessional. Staff needs proper training.
Went here just now with my wife and checked in to wait for a rep to be done with a customer. Once a customer was done, they ignored us and serviced another customer that just walked in under the guise that they had an appointment. Guess they didn’t want to make two grand today andtime to switch carriers. But
Worst experience when trying to trade in my iPhone and get the new one. Jay was very unprofessional when talking with me, he actually turned his back on me and left while talking with him. Super impolite bad customer service
RUN DONT WALK AWAY from this store, Marcus Smith was completely unprofessional and rude, speaking to my elderly dad very pretentiously completely unprovoked! Do not give this location your business, if I could rate 0 starts I would.
Lady name Rachel at this location- THE WORST REPRESENTATIVE I HAVE EVER MET. I did not read reviews of this location that was my biggest mistake. My conversation/stay did not even last for 20 seconds. It was that rude behavior from this lady named Rachel. Reviews proved themselves after I experienced it myself. This lady Rachel was nightmare, she did not want to listen my concern even. as soon as I entered and started describing my problem and she had only one answer and was not even ready to listen for a minute. I went to Stafford location immediately and issue was resolved.
