I went to buy a new phone. Frankie is the greatest He was working by himself. Even though people were still coming in the store, he made a point of checking back with me periodically not making the other customers wait. Very multitasking definitely will come back I've been coming to the store for years and will continue specially with more sales people like Frankie
Had a great experience with Frankie! He helped me with my new phone and was an absolute delight to chat with, and really just made my day with how kind and patient he was with me. I can tell he’s much appreciated, as a few repeat customers dropped by to see him specifically during my visit. Super grateful for his help and friendly banter! Am 100% making this my go to Verizon store!

My experience at the Willowick branch location with Frankie and Devon was excellent. They both were super friendly and extremely helpful when it came to answering all of my questions for understanding. The both of them even ensured me that everything on my old phone would be transferred over to my new one. I would definitely recommend any and everyone to go to this branch to get 5 star quality service. Thanks again Frankie and Devon.
First purchase at this store of a new phone and accessories. Brandon was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process as we needed to transfer a business line to a personal phone that I was purchasing. There was some complexity around the transfer and transaction but Brandon knew exactly what needed to be done and in what order to make it happen. There was no pressure to buy a more expensive phone than I wanted, or accessories that I didn’t need. Brandon also found a trade-in discount I would be eligible for. It’s been two weeks and I’m very happy with the purchase. Frank was also in the store that day - I watched both of them interact with a half dozen customers while I was there. Everyone who walked in the door was greeted in a welcoming manner, and Brandon and Frank helped everyone who stopped in, even though most weren’t there to buy something - they just needed help with their phone.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. Frank was very knowledgeable and accommodating, very polite and patient with my husband and me. We are both in our 80’s and not very Tech Savvy. I would recommend him and the store to everyone.
