I brought my grandfather here to help him upgrade to a new phone, since his was getting very old and gave him a lot of issues. Kassandra was the associate who helped us and I can't say enough about how great of a help she was. My grandfather had many questions about the new phone and she answered every question with a smile on her face. Give her a raise or something because she's great!
So after having a truly horrible experience in Santa Clarita this store was a refreshing change. As soon as we entered we were approached and added to a wait list. After 5 min. we were told who our service representative would be, 5 minutes later Issa Sayegh came over to help us. He was kind, patient and laughed at our terrible boomer jokes. He set us up with a 5 g sim card for my new phone and helped us navigate ok, me, he helped me,my husband doesn't need help in this area my new phone. Thank you!
Shout out to Mayra i believe that was her name 10 am Thur morning she helped us in a pickle. Lost phone before flight and I appreciate her patience in my panic, finding my dad his exact phone, and getting the best deal when I didn’t even ask. Thank you for going out of your way as well as her associates.
My husband and I went in yesterday for an upgrade, one of the representatives told us to wait 15-20 mins and someone will help us. Two customer are being helped at that moment. After 15 mins I stood up and told the staff I already knew which cp i wanted, if someone could help so we can buy it and leave. He told us just few minutes. Then 2 white ladies came in they were greeted by one of the staff and were entertained. After 5 mins I stood up and ask the security who was standing in middle of the store if I can talk to the manager, he said the manager is not available. I told the security we are waiting for more than 20 mins and nobody is coming to help. There was one staff who was walking in and out of the room at the back he was not helping anyone but still didn't come up to help us. I was really disappointed, the 2 ladies were being helped as soon as they got in the store and we're waiting more that 20 mins and nobody bothers to help. Out of frustration we left without buying the phone. Terrible service.
Came in to switch over to Verizon. We worked with Issa. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He took the get everything setup thoroughly & correctly. Thank you, Issa you're Awesome.
All time best service at this store. Their systems were down and Rashon went above and Beyond to help me get a replacement upgrade since my phone wasn't working and could tell was having a tough time. Thanks a ton!

These guys are very incompetent. I had a warranty return with my IPhone. They did not properly return my phone. I was charged $1200. When I returned to the store to get this resolved I sat for 1:30 hours with no resolution. Was told that they were working on it and would call me when it was resolved. Never received this call and there is no number to call them to ask for information. Please avoid this store and Verizon in general if possible.
They don't do check in so you'll be waiting and they'll pick someone else that came in after you which is super annoying.
I went in to get a new phone. I am almost 70 and to be honest, not real smart with technology. I had the most remarkable, patient, polite, and sweetest young man help me. He walked me through every step, explaining exactly what I was getting, my options, and told me if I had any questions, issues, or didn’t understand, to just go back and he would help me. His name was Carl and I would be proud to call him my Son. He deserves a raise!
