This is by far the best Verizon store I've been to. Was on vacation from NJ and my wife's phone broke. The young man who helped us was awesome! He was friendly and took the time to explain everything. The manager of this store was just as friendly. You can tell they take customer service very seriously. After they fixed the phone we talked for a bit from baseball to Disney World. Can't thank these guys enough.
They were very helpful and they were very nice . Helpful in picking out new phones and plans. They were helpful in transferring all our info into the new phones. Highly recommend them. Little wait time.
As a Retail Manager in the Orlando area, I am aware of how busy stores get. However, what I cannot give a pass on is total lack of attention and awareness. After being inundated by Verizon marketing, I decided to visit this location to see if they can win me back as a customer. I left last year due to high prices, but I will say that their Cell Service is legit. As I walked in, I was shouted a greeting from 15 feet away and told to have a seat that someone will be around to help me. An hour later, no one has come around to put me on their “list.” I watch as the associates walk around clueless as to who was there first or attend them appropriately. After another 20 mins of being ignored and over hearing that once you’re on the “list” it would be another 1.5 hours of waiting, I decided to leave. Maybe it was a sign not to go back to Verizon. Funny thing is that I genuinely wanted to take advantage of their deals and all I wanted was the details and then I would’ve signed on the dotted line. Be better, guys.
The stores closes at 6:00pm, I showed up at 5:30pm and the first thing the guy upfront says is "unless you have an appointment, we dont take walking after 5:30pm". You still have half an hour to help an exisiting customer with information about upgrading his phone, which will generate you revenue to your store. Instead, they chose to not help. Definitely not a good visit.
Worst experience ever. Sales people only care about sales and they lie about final bill amount. Im very disappointed. I have been with verizon for 5 years. Once i pay all the equipments I would switch to a better phone service that doesnt lie to their clients and focus on client service but not making commission money
Sara the business representative was patience, kind, and interested to get the right plan for me. My phone has software issues but meant to be. She transfer my personal plan to a business and save me a lot. She had to do a lot of work but she was commited to help me. I felt she genuinely wants my business and was doing everything to have a customer satisfied. Thabk you again Sara for your great work.
Do yourself a favor and don't get Verizon. Their customer service is awful. I had a terrible experience at this specific location, customer service is not their number one priority they just want to sell and make numbers. If you ever make the mistake of going there make sure you are aware of everything you're getting into, because they'll literally charge you for everything, and charge you some ridiculously high prices.
Store was clean and the people were nice. Verizon just does not really have any customer support anymore. Sad.
Not the best store for getting help. They will make you wait while they are playing on there phones. Make your own decisions on this one. Well I’ve has Verizon service here for a few months. The service on my phone exceeded my thoughts. Please leave me a thumbs up or comment.
Be careful when you buy and pay for something in this store. I never received my cell phone at my house, I even paid for it to arrive the next day, it never arrived. Care services gave me an excuse that only satisfied them. I canceled directly with my bank.Explain to your employee to stop sending emails. And I don't think you as the owner really care about the incompetence of your store because of the excuse you gave. Below is the last copy of the email I sent to your employee. Te tengo que escribir en español.Para que entiendas que canceles esta venta.Yo no tengo que firmar nada.En la tienda por eso pague para que llegara el dia siguiente.Me verificaste mi identidad con mi I'd que es la licencia de la Florida.Mas te firme en la tienda.De verdad que tienen un servicio pesimo.No me vuelvas a enviar un email .Espero que entiendas ahora.Ya te envie dos emails en Ingles para la cancelacion mas el complaints que hice en verizon y en mi banco.Cuando uno paga por un servio para que llegue el dia siguiente es por que lo necesitaba.Que pases un excelente dia.Esto se esta convirtiendo en acoso .Espero que entiendas y no me envies mas emails para cubrir la incompetence de tu tienda o la tuya.
