Had a terrific Black Friday experience at this store, thanks to Ryan and Andrew and really all of the folks working, who were so kind and welcoming. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and was pleased to learn about additional promos available to me. Ryan walked me through every step of the way and was the epitome of good customer service. When we had some issues getting my new phone connected, Ryan got on the line with Verizon and resolved things quickly, even as it was getting busy and other customers needed to be served. As I was waiting, I noticed that the rest of the team was doing an excellent job at helping people efficiently as more and more customers came in. Thanks, Ryan, for an enjoyable experience purchasing my new phone! And kudos to the team working today, you really made it a pleasant morning for me.
WARNING - DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! I went into this store to find out about the new iPhones. There was a bit of a line. When a customer came in after us, the next sales person skipped us and went to that customer. Then when it was our turn she said no one can talk to me about the phones because I didn’t have an appointment. The sales woman long blonde hair brushed us off so quick and made us feel like we were bothering her. So we went over to look at the phones to try to learn on our own and the same saleswomen came to us and told us no one can talk to you about the phones without an appointment. I noticed a bunch of other customers just came in to inquire about misc. things and all the sales people were talking to them but not us! It made me feel really bad. Because we don’t like bills, we were prepared to buy full in cash the latest iPhone that day but I didn’t because no one would talk to me. We have been loyal customers of Verizon for over 22 years. We have a family plan of 7 phones, we also have our cable and landline through them. I will say every time I call customer service on the phone from Verizon I always have the best customer service. As for this store, DO NOT go to this store they’re HORRIBLE! They will ignore you and when they do speak to you they treat you badly. I think I may go to Best Buy they always have great customer service. I know they will take care of us. You lose this one Version.
After waiting for a half hour Because they claim to be shortstaffed. They set up an appointment for me for Monday at 7 PM only to find out that when I show up there they have been closed for over an hour. Now this is really aggravating because I left work early to accommodate the appointment. They care nothing about you as a customer because this isn’t the first time they have duped me.
I went in on 10/26 at 5:50pm to Verizon Store on 114 in Peabody to trade in my Apple Watch. Customer Care specifically advised me I could drop my watch off at the store I have a concessions account. I walked in and the manager - older woman with blonde hair - said they don’t take trade-ins. I explained that I have a concessions account and when I did my trade-in online, the automated system asked me if I wanted to drop it off at the store for convenience. The manager I use that term loosely brushed me off and said she couldn’t help me and I have to print the return label and ship it back myself. I asked her to assist in printing out the label and she said she couldn’t do that. She then walked away from me. Where is the customer service?? I called Customer Care and Customer Care rep said she had to take the watch as a trade-in. Verizon employee refused and she made it a point to tell Customer Care that they don’t take trade-ins. The Verizon store mgr slammed the door in my face saying they closed at 6:00pm and the conversation was over. This woman should not be in any leadership position if she doesn’t want to help customers. Where is the customer service?? No wonder Corporate Stores are getting a bad rep! Recently went here to upgrade to an iPhone. Ryan was great and set me up effortlessly, answered all our questions, and also helped us lower our monthly phone bill! Had to write this review due to the excellent customer service! 10/10 would reccomend this location for your in-store needs!
Our rep Julio was excellent we had all kinds of crazy questions and thoughts about new phones and he was able to calmly and politely and very nicely get us through it. No fault of his the system set our phones up when we weren't planning on having them set up till later and we had to go back to the store. he again was very helpful. My issue is that Verizon has way too many fees why in the world would there be a $70 fee to upgrade a phone that old is beyond me we are tied in for 3 years due to our new phones but I really I mean really don't like Verizons need for greed during this time it seems like you should pass some of your profits to your loyal customers My 5 star review was strictly due to Julio. you are lucky to have him. Verizon as a company would have received maybe 1 star.
I went here to possibly make new purchases but wanted to work out how it would affect my bill. I was offered an appointment multiple days in the future or to call a number. Ended up calling the number and everything went well on that end. But a waste of time going over to the store just to be told they can only help me in 4-5 days by appointment. Not the way to run a business if you ask me.
Hahaha....place is a joke. Made an appointment a week in advance for a upgrade. Only to show up 15 mins early and be ignored for 31 mins before i walked out. Sales people walking around like their doing you the favor. Why make an appointment? So you can walk by me and help walkins looking for accessories. Anyone reading this do yourself a favor and go down the st. to T-mobile. Way way better customer service.
Went in September to order the new iPhone and i was told i had to make an appointment in the future to do so. Went down the street and preordered the new iPhone at BestBuy within minutes. Dont even bother stopping in, they wont help you.
Store is closed during there advertised open hours. First weekend of new iPhones I expected busy, but not closed. The Middleton store sent me here.
