Never leave reviews like this but something NEEDS to be done about one of the male workers at your store. The gentleman that helped my family and I was rude, pompous, and only cared about the paycheck he was getting at the end of the exchange. After trying to get my family to do ridiculously expensive things such as buy expensive wireless charger’s because “our phones will be useless in a month without them”, then proceeded to attempt to make us purchase 60 dollar screen protectors when you can get packs on amazon for 8 dollars. Overall, this employee clearly thought he was better than us and had an extreme attitude problem the entire time. If you’re just going to get an exchange, go to any other local verizon store to avoid getting harassed by misogynist employees.
Came into the Verizon store to payoff my phone and put towards a new phone and the gentleman who helped me was pretty rude. This place seems like they do not care about customer service. He was being extremely snippy and condescending when I wanted to be added to the account. Try not to go here if you want a pleasant experience
This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever gotten at this store specifically. My mother had to get a new sim card for my father and was extremely rude to her I was very close to telling him off. He treated my mom like she was stupid even and was extremely rude to her. This man then tried to sell us stuffeven though this is his job but he was extremely passive towards her almost trying to guilt trip her too terrible experience there I will not be going to any store that treats there customers with the utmost disrespect.
We just had a horrible experience with the most FOUL male associate. He then wanted to talk to me like I was stupid regarding an upgrade. Well shocker, as soon as I got to the car I pulled up the Verizon app and exactly what I was referring to was in there for BOTH of our phones. Horrible move on this man’s part, we were looking to upgrade two phones that we owned outright. Well, now we’re heading to AT&T after over 10 years of being with Verizon. DISGUSTED
If I could leave no stars that is what I would do. I walked in to this place a little before 7:30pm. It was about 7:20pm. They supposedly are open until 8pm. Two people were working and both were waiting on a customer. Both were at the stage where the person pays. After waiting in the store for about 10 mins one of the employees look at me and the person I was with and stated "well we are only open until 8 and I don't think we will get to you." Totally ridiculous. I went in to buy an iphone pro. I will not be back. I will take my business else where. It's obvious they wanted to leave the store by 8 or earlier. How long does it take to finish a transaction? It really takes 30 minutes??? What about waiting on people that came in before you closed. It is not like I walked in at 7:55pm. How about telling anyone else that walks in that they will not be waited on. Why wait 10 mins to tell me I won't get waited on? HORRIBLE service. Horrendous. Like I said I will never shop there again. NEVER
I walked out of this store. Something I have never done. Terrible customer service
Purchased an iPhone 13 online this morning 5 minutes after they opened with a pick up in store option as they had one in stock. Calling to confirm pick up we’re told that the phone that I paid for was sold. As a result, the upgrade that I applied online was now locked. They had no intentions of telling me this or refunding as I had to call customer service to do so. Because of them locking me out of my upgrade I spent 5 hours trying to get the transaction reversed and my upgrade available. It won’t be for another 24 hours and every single iPhone in the capital district is sold. Completely ruined my day and wasted hours of my time.
So I go to get a new phone at Verizon Niskayuna I’m the only customer with 2 employees working they ask what I need, I’m looking to upgrade my phone the employee says let me look in the back. 30 minutes later I left he never came back out the other employee had a serious attitude that I was not dealing with so I left! I will be an AT&T customer very soon can’t deal with entitled Verizon anymore!
Chad was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He has the perfect demeanor for customer service. This was without a doubt my least painless visit to a Verizon store!
I went into Verizon thinking about switching services. I was very nervous that I would be played into paying waaaay more than necessary for a phone and switch. Justin was the rep that helped my three year old and I. He was super nice and personable. He helped me get set up, save money, and answered the 5 million questions I had.. plus he was super patient with my crazy 3 year old. Every single worker in there was nice. I’m so glad I decided to go there today!
