Great venue to catch a show. I would have given them 5 stars . But for the cash grab on the shuttle bus to their own venue. 15 bucks per rider was a bit cheap on their part. Not to mention the lack of a complementary breakfast. The venue itself was very organized. I never waited longer than 5 min for a drink or merchandise. I would go again but still do to the few above stated discrepancies would not but it in my top 5 venue's.
The venue wasn't bad. Seating was ok and they were really on top of keeping everyone in there sections which was nice, we've had people try to take our seats at other venues where they didn't check your seating on your tickets. For the most part, the sound wasn't bad for simple plan and the offspring but the sound for sum41 wasn't the best and we couldn't hear what was said in most of the songs they played. This is our 2nd favorite outdoor venue.
It was so hot, and as soon as the seats filled there was ZERO air movement. It would have been nice if facilities were open on both sides of the stage, but it was just the Non-VIP side. Bathrooms were ok, but I feel this place would do well with misting stations in the dead heat of summer. There were a few people that had issues with some dark unknown substance all over the seats near us, which made me worry about ours since I hadn’t checked them. But by the time I had realized it was too late. Thankfully no issues. Concert was a good time for the kids, but even they were sweating more than an iced beverage in the Sahara.
This place is alright. Staff was friendly, polite, helpful, and everything you would expect. The place is clean and has been taken care of . Of course, the concerts were top-notch and had nothing to complain about. I would recommend this place to everyone way to go to management and staff keep up the good work.
We were there to see Ghost 2023 Highly recommend the Red Carpet Concierge Experience if you can do it. Michelle and Eli were amazing concierge host. This Amphitheatre is one of the best amphitheaters I've been to. It certainly beats Kansas City.
I have seen a couple of concerts here, and it is a great place to see live music! Lots of seating options, plenty of restrooms, plenty of eating and drinking establishments, and fun for all ages. The reason I didn't give it a five is the parking lots are in terrible shape. Walking back in the dark can be hazardous, and I didn't care too much for the smoking of recreational marijuana near my seats during my concert. I understand it's legal but not in public places. This is a cashless venue, and they do have some requirements for purses and handbags. Make sure you check venue rules. Overall a great experience, and I hope to go back soon!
Beautiful outdoor venue! We drove in from Memphis for the Tyler Childers concert and had a great time. A few things to note: -this venue is cashless -small clutch purses are allowed, otherwise, bring a clear bag stadium approved bag for easier entry. -no lawn chairs allowed, but they have low sitting rentals. -you can bring in an empty water bottle!! Save money and landfill space. -you can bring up to one gallon of unopened water. Double check rules before you go in case this has changed -you can bring in some outside food as long as it is in a clear zip lock bag for inspection. Again, double check for updated rules Have a great time!
We enjoyed our time at this venue. The concession options were plentiful. The sound quality was great, and our view from the lawn was good. It had been raining prior to the concert we attended. The lawn chairs for 15 dollars each were well worth it. They sit a little higher than a beach chair. I did find it unfortunate that smoking is allowed on the lawn as I'm allergic to it.
The theater is a nice place to see a concert. There are plenty of places to get food and drinks so the lines were never too long. We are at Trejo's Taco. It was good. One major downside for us, once you enter, there is no reentry. This was obnoxious since it was our first visit and didn't know. We planned to walk around the venue, eat, get shirts, and return the extra shirts to our vehicle. We couldn't leave. So beware.
Did not disappoint. Was a great concert. If you want Miller lite go into the concert more .
