So so tasty . The bagels are very fresh and the service is very friendly.

Employees are amazing. Love coming here. I work over night and swing by on my way home. They are so patient and welcoming. It only took a few trips for them to remember my order. My favorite place to get breakfast.

Came here for the first time on my lunch break. Ordered a Hash & Egg sandwich with poppy bagel to go. Nice and hot and fresh. Great taste and reasonable prices. Excellent!

I love these bagels and sandwiches and the coffee is always brewed well. My only complaint is that they consistently mess orders up, probably because unlike most places they take the order by memory and then you pay for it while they make it. Unfortunately that system leads to a lot of errors even with relatively simple custom sandwiches or modifications. I still love eating here but I wish the ordering system was a little less flawed

Perfection in a lox bagel : hefty portion, and FINALLY place that understands what extra capers means. Staff was super nice, pretty quick service, everything cut and done in front of you. Can’t wait to come back!

I tried their “Veggie Melt” sandwich and it was VERY good! They have quite a variety of bagels you can choose from and an extensive menu with breakfast and lunch sandwiches, served on a bagel they have a few other options- wrap, bun, sliced bread. Great service and friendly employees.

Great bagels, some of the best I ever had. The bacon maple cream cheese is insanely good. A must stop.

I’m not the type of person to write reviews but today had me so aggravated that I can’t finish my night without doing so. Food? Food was great. Customer service? TRASH, Disrespectful, miserable. I’ve been a loyal customer for some time now. Today I had someone make my sandwich that hadn’t ever made them before. So where to start. 1. FRom the START of the transaction she was rushing me, she was rolling her eyes, mad that I ordered 4 things. I was a a manager at McDonald’s for years, so I know about busy and fast paste. But the first thing you don’t do is give your customers attitude or negative facial expressions. 2. I ordered a sandwich and requested vegetables that didn’t come on it. The lady kept repeating her self rudely “make sure you tell them you got 5 extra veggies on each sandwich… okay fine, they cost extra I understand no problem. But for you to keep repeating it then yelling across to the cashier that I got 5 veggies on each and told her my whole order but forgot to say a power sandwich, then when it came time to my food, she said “I didn’t make that bc you didn’t tell her you ordered it… well you told her my whole order and made sure to not leave the veggies out but forgot to say the power sandwich it was my fault? This women made me feel low. She treated me like trash. And this review won’t seeem as serious as it was in person. But I’m furious, and to the lady who did this. You made this company loose a very LOYAL customer all because you were miserable and disrespectful. Be ashamed for the way you treated me today. PS if your going to charge for extra veggies have sign up bc that’s misleading and very unprofessional not a single sign up anywhere saying extra veggies cost $50 cents each

Great bagels but honestly their pastries in the case are the BEST! The brownies are amazing and their turnovers are awesome! I wish they would make more donuts because they are soooo good. The line is usually a bit long during peak hours but it goes quick.

Best part of coming Vermont is having these bagel sandwiches for breakfast. I would say this is the perfect spot to start off the day. They have a great variety of bagel sandwiches along with being able to add other things that you may want. Staffs were also extremely nice and friendly.
