My husband stopped and sat there for several minutes and Delaney waited on everyone else, but not him. He finally left and went elsewhere. That girl has a major problem!!! Audra is certainly no prize either. I will refrain from mentioning several others as it has no effect. We paid our dues like everyone else and we expect fair treatment. Let me add to this. We also belong to Station 4 and having been there numerous times, and having been waited by at least 6 different people, we have NEVER had an issue. They have all been friendly and on task no matter how busy. Vernon employees to have some personality training. After all, we are the customers.
This used to be our date night or family dinner go to spot. It was great! The prices made it so affordable for our family of 6 to dine out without going broke. The atmosphere is great and service was good. Then suddenly, the prices went up, the portions went down, they nickel and dimmed you on little things like dipping sauces for the flashover platter. The service kind of started to sucked. For instance, I ordered the steak salad while my friends ordered wings. It all came out together. Some of the wings were cold and the steak on my salad was cold. I mentioned it to my waitress so she brought it back to the kitchen. When I received my salad back it seemed smaller. I thought I was being punished until I started to eat it and realized the cook microwaved the entire salad! Lettuce and all! On several occasions we waited enormous times for our food, like over 45min! After so many issues EVERYTIME we went we decided to call it quits and let our membership lapse. We joined somewhere else.
Best Fish I've Had In A Long Time ! Food is Amazing!
Quality of food has dropped dramatically and the prices have climbed I am very disappointed it used to be a great place to eat Turkey wedge with 2 slices cheap dried up lunch meat $8.00 smh
