WOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER PURCHASE HERE AGAIN. I never write reviews but this is furniture store is a giant SCAM. My husband purchased a bunk bed set for $725 and used his debit card to purchase. He brought it home, never took it out of the box. I found the same exact bunk beds at another big box store for $350. The next day my husband went to return the bunk beds and was told his bank card would be credited. After a week of not receiving the credit back to our account he called our bank and said it was returned back to their bank and the credit needed to be reissued. THEY COULD NOT COVER THE CREDIT BACK FROM THEIR BANK! My husband went down to the store to try and figure everything out with them. Including a copy of our bank statement showing them the credit was not on there. They would not accept what he said about the bank and told him to go to our bank in person and speak to the bank in person and they would speak with their bank. My husband did that and still received the same answer from our bank. He went back down to speak to the owner and as he was waiting for the owner he was greeted by the supervisor of the store who insulted him the entire time he was in the store waiting for the owner to saying rude comments like “it’s not my fault you spent every last penny you have and can’t get your refund back”. How unprofessional! When the owner came he was just as underwhelming as the rest of the staff. They didn’t help my husband as at and treated us like this is our fault. They told us to dispute it with our bank and would not issue the refund. Clearly this company has something shady going on. I have never in my life been treated so poorly and rudely prior to today. The owner and his employees are rude and scammers. Shopper Beware.
Great furniture and great customer service! You can’t beat the prices either. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for ANY type of furniture, they have it all!
I went to Vernon Primetime yesterday, I had an Great experience. They allowed me to look around, without constantly bothering me with questions. Gave me a great deal on living room furniture, and a box spring. The best part was FREE delivery!!!! I will be back for more furniture in the future.. Thank you!!!
Employees are super cool. They will deliver your furniture the same day of you go early enough, and they have great prices
Great place to buy and rent to buy. Mike was very helpful on making my decision on recliners. No pressure very helpful people. If you don’t see what you want, chances are they can get it. My wife and I have been very satisfied.
Wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from here, very ignorant and unprofessional! Tried to pass off a different mattress than the one I purchased then with attitude decided to cancel my whole order now I’m bed-less until Sunday... used to be a long time loyal customer but the old man Snowden is to much of an a*s to get rich off me! I’ll just wait to get my mattress that I purchased elsewhere! Will not receive another dime from me!
Your basic rent to own store. Everything went smooth and has been for the first couple months. For the people who give bad reviews, you have to actually pay for the stuff or you can't keep it.
