Vertical Runner of Black Mountain is located in the heart of downtown Black Mountain, in a shop that was formally known as Black Mountain Running Company. We provide our customers with a wide variety of running equipment like running shoes, hydration packs, and nutritional items which include vegan friendly items. We also offer items for those who don’t run. We offer many things for backpacking, camping or anyone who may just be visiting the Black Mountain area.
Every Wednesday at 5:30PM, we depart from Vertical Runner in Black Mountain for a social group run. The running 'Posse' is made up of beginners and veteran runners alike. Paces and distances vary, and all are welcome to come.
