We had an AMAZING experience today. My 9 year old daughter and I blessed ourselves with a little spa treatment after a very rough travel day yesterday. The entire experience was top notch. One of the BEST and thorough pedicures I’ve ever had. The back massage at the end was just icing to the cake. It was the perfect relaxing moment to heal. I don't get my nails done often so it's a treat when I do. I had a terrific experience and the little 3 minute chair massage at the end was a nice touch. Super reasonable prices and great service. I need to come here more often!

I called the salon at 6 pm. They close at 7pm. The receptionist said come now we will help. When I got there, I asked for a manicure. She looked at my nails and said $15. I got the newbie on the team. He took over an hour, passed their closing time. He did a great job. I will go back !

I was so disappointed watching how the owner treated a customer. The nail tech messed up and did gel after the customer asked for regular manicure. The owner was aggressive and said she needed to pay or the gel polish was coming off. She grabbed her hand and started taking the polish off making her sit another 45 minutes for another manicure after they messed up. So rude and unprofessional. I will not be going here again.

I will never go back to this nail salon. I got acrylics for 14 years then became severely allergic. I went 4 years doing my own gel manicures and the past year doing my own dip. I’m tired of doing my own so I decided to try this salon. I got a dip full set. They were EXTREMELY thin. But that I can handle. The paint job was something I’ve never personally seen before for a professional salon. The cuticle line is a MESS. The paint is bulky and I had paint on my skin. I came directly home, drilled all the color off, added another layer of clear dip, reshaped them, and painted them w gel myself. $50 wasted. And I tipped him. Since moving here a few yrs back it’s been really hard to find a place that actually does good work! I’ve went to Walmart, a place in Endicott and vip nails, bright nails etc. finally today, I went to bright nails and they said we are to busy come back in a hour or so, I said I can’t, so I remembered a nail salon next to Acardia hair salon off of 434 and decided to try it. It was only a bit over a mile away from where I was currently at anyways. So as soon as I walked in Monica greeted me and asked what I needed done. First off the place is very spacious inside and felt comfortable, also tons of colors to choose from. Regular polish and gel polish. I proceeded with the pedicure first. This was amazing! The foot massage was so much better then the other places I’ve tried and the massage chairs actually work great! After that I needed to get a manicure badly as I had been wearing fake nails for a few months and my nails looked horrible. Monica did a great job at fixing my ugly nails and the color is beautiful!Services: Foot massages

I am happy with my results however I would say that it was very transactional. I would prefer to have conversations with people rather than sit quietly while they work. The massage was a great touch while my nails dried. I am happy that they made my short nails look pretty decent!

This was my go to nail place but the last several visits have been disappointing. Nails being filed crooked, constant breaking. Always seems rushed and it's showing in the results.
