Great overall vibe, huge selections of all genres of books. Amazing computer labs and areas to rest. The huge selection of graphic novels and comics will have me coming back soon.
Great library! My first time here it took less than 10m to sign up for a library card. They have a great selection of books, video games, CDs, and DVDs. They even had a library of things see pictures which is something I hope they expand upon in the future! There's more than one floor for the place so it's quite a decent sized library. I can't wait to make more trips back here. Check out their website for free events.
Saturday October 2, 2021 from 10 am- 2pm is the book sale for a bag. 2$ for every bag. Have fun as i know it will be shoulder to shoulder. There are plenty of children's books, large print and fiction books. There is also music CDs and movie DVD and video.
I adore it here. It is a very welcoming atmosphere. Clean, organized and quiet. I love the private study rooms.
I have requested obituaries for genealogy research on two separate occasions. Arielle has fulfilled both requests quickly and has been a pleasure to work with! I wish doing all remote research was as efficient and painless as this! A million thanks for providing this service to patrons and out-of-towners alike.
Great little library to yale the kiddos to or to simply grab a book for the week. They have a nice media room for the kids and teen hangout area and a good selection of books for a small library. They also have a handful of satellite locations. I personally frequent the Fremont township library which is a satellite of this one as it is close to my house.
I am from out of state. I had to use computer, copy machine, fax and scan yesterday to accomplish some important business. I am not highly techy so I was a bit nervous going into this. The young man in the computer area was beyond helpful and courteous. I was so thankful for his efficient assistance!
I hang out there all the time and get my DVD movies and graphic novels there.
How wonderful to discover the community library for the first time. What I thought to be a small facility turned out to be much larger and spacious inside. Can't wait to explore further. We signed up for our library cards and it was an easy process. I recommend printing the form at home and filling out beforehand. I can tell I'm going to love this library. It's a library... what's not to love?
Veteran's memorial Library is in a 3 story fully handicap accessible building with elevators and automatic doors off University Drive... They offer tons of material, music, books, magazines, computer and printer access. The downstairs has a children and young adult area for teens. They have a child computer lab and story rug where they host story time for pre-K. Adult Fiction is on the ground floor, Non-fiction and educational is upstairs. You may also check out your own materials in a hurry, go online and place holds of transfers from nearby libraries. Your account is available online to monitor due dats and preorder for pickup. They are also a part of MELCAT which is a massive material exchange from libraries and collections all over. They have a fun Summer Reading program with incentives and prizes for reading. There are also educational and fun programs they offer like cooking classes, kids parties, and art projects. WE LOVE OUR LIBRARY!
