Dr. Shivelbine is amazing. He communicates in a way that is both comforting and easy to understand. We were made to feel very welcome and he took his time to listen to our concerns. We're so happy to have found him and the entire staff at Veterinary Care Center.
If I could give 11 stars, I would. All the doctors I met at VCC were stellar and the support staff is amazing -- knowledgeable, organized, friendly and fun. My dog actually looked forward to going to the vet and seeing everyone. She went through some rough times for a couple of years and they were on top of it, kind and checked up with me with calls and emails. If you are looking for a kind, thoughtful and talented vet, you've found it.
Dr. Mayabb is the best! She takes her time and makes sure that we are well taken care of, even when our pets are not cooperative : Assistant Christy was amazing, showing our dog so much love. The front desk staff is always friendly.
Dr. Klein and the entire stall were so kind to me and my dog Fuji. I called yesterday to see if I could get an appointment, explained the situation and condition of my dog and the woman I spoke to was so kind to see if the doctor could take us in at 5pm, an hour before closing. They did, and again, everyone, Dr. Klein, and the young man who was assisting the doctor, took the time to explain what they were going to test for, what they found and talked to me about the options I needed to make. Never once did I feel rushed into making a very difficult end of life decision for my dog. They let me have as much time alone with her and came in only when I was ready. They all stayed passed the closing time for the clinic to assist me and my dog which I greatly appreciated. Thank you all for being so understanding and patient with us at such a difficult time.

It took me a while to find a vet for my dog, and the ladies at Kind made us feel welcomed the minute we walked in! Everyone is very nice and thorough when it comes to treating my sweet boy
I have been a part of the VCC patient community for over a decade. As always, the care we receive with VCC is above and beyond. The entire staff is caring, compassionate, and up-to-date on current best practice. They listen to your concerns and take your input into consideration. Dr. Shiv and Dr. Klein are incredibly personable and understanding. The vet techs especially Jess! are wonderful and knowledgeable. The front desk staff like the amazing Leslie are communicative and go above and beyond to help. You can tell that their priority is the overall well-being of our pets and I will be forever thankful for them. I am devastated to be leaving this incredible team when we move- “thank you”isn’t enough! Brinkley and Cooper will miss you all!
I am forever thankful for this Veterinary Center!! My doggo needed emergency surgery, and they provided the most wonderful care for my girl. Absolutely went above and beyond my expectations. Their patience, compassion, and prompt care is something I've yet to experience, and would highly recommend a million times over to anyone seeking Veterinary care. Kristy and Dr. Shivelbine were truly AMAZING!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!
The staff and Doctors at VCC are the ABSOLUTE best!! My baby had knee surgery and they took the best care of her, and they did a wonderful job answering all of my questions and easing my anxiety. Her vet, Dr. Shivelbine stayed with her the night of her surgery to make sure she was OK and they sent me pictures to keep me updated. You won't be disappointed in the care they provide.
Dr. Shivelbine is wonderful - caring , attentive, answers all your questions, truly seems to love my dog, knowledgeable. And the staff are always great, same comments about them as Dr. Shivelbine, no matter which staff member takes care of you, from techs to front desk. My dog and I love this practice!!!
