It’s not an exaggeration to say that Dr. Nelms and her staff saved my cat’s life. He ended up having cancer near his eye that we’d thought was bad inflammation. Dr. Nelms advised a surgery to see if she could help the inflammation and found the tumor. She was able to remove the tumor before it continued to grow and spread. Thank you really doesn’t say enough. Everyone who works here is the definition of kind, intelligent, compassionate professionalism.
Dr Nelms helped this little stray blind dog that I literally picked up from the center of the road. She was genuinely interested in the dog and did everything she could to relieve the dog’s pain. After exhausting every avenue to find her owner, I had her fixed and got her all her shots. She had quite a few trips to Dr Nelms. She is still blind of course but she’s happy and not in pain and busy living her best life. I cannot thank Dr Nelms and her staff for the loving care for “Petunia “. I highly recommend Dr Nelms and her friendly and efficient staff

Dr. Nelms and her staff my are terrific! They really went the extra mile to take care of my Pup. He is almost 14 so the surgery was hard on him, but they treated him like one of their own. We are very grateful for the care they gave our Yoyo

Dr. Nelms is a blessing for my fur baby. The whole staff her is so wonderful and they even called to check up on us before our follow up appointment. She really put us and my pup at ease, which is hard because he is so very anxious. They were able to get us in as quickly as possible as well which meant a lot to me. I can’t recommend them enough!
Dr. Nelms and the staff are fantastic. Frankie had surgery to remove ingrown lashes and scarring from some previous trauma that left her squinting and the eye both red and watery. Given the severity, she needed a redo to remove the remaining irritation, and its perfect, now.
Very kind staff. Dr. Susan Nelms was absolutely amazing! She done an incredible job with my English bulldog Vinny with his eye surgery. You can't even tell where the stitches were. I would absolutely 100% recommend and trust them your pet.
