We had a pretty scary situation with an our dog due to an allergic reaction, called around to multiple local vets none of which we have used previously and VMC of Fort Mill went above and beyond to take care of us. Where others told us they had no available appts, VMC moved some things around and got us in immediately. Our dog was scared, and pretty aggressive and they handled him like true professionals. They also kept us in the loop during his stay and followed up multiple times after we got him home. Amazing customer service and effort all around - thank you! Ollie is relaxed and back to normal
The veterinary team were exceptional in their earnest care of my family’s fur-baby. From the outset of the visit, to the end, the experience could not have been better. The detailed guidance provided by the staff enabled my family to thoughtfully and correctly care for our pooch. VMCFM is truly an accomplished veterinary practice.
First time taking our new puppy to the vet. VMC of Ft Mill was fantastic! Great communication from all the staff. The Doctor was fantastic! Took the time to explain what they were looking for and were very thorough in their treatment of our puppy. Heading back in 10 days for our follow up and have found a Vet for our puppy.
We brought our cat here for an annual exam. The staff are fantastic. Every professional and extremely caring with your pet. They were also timely with our appointment and the cost was on par for an AAHA accredited Vet. We are would totally recommend using this vet and we will be returning for our pets care.
Bear had the best experience yesterday! The Dr and Staff went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable as they do with all my dogs. I wouldn't consider taking them anywhere else! :
WOW!! I never leave reviews but I had to this time. I recently moved from Florida and finding a vet was at the top of my concerns. VMC of Ft. Mill exceeded all my expectations. Stress free sign in, friendly staff and very reasonable costs. Barely left the parking lot to call my husband and tell him. Shiloh and I are glad we found you!
Great staff - very compassionate in the care of our fur babies. I can't remember how we actually came across them to start with. I know we had a very sick cat that we weren't getting any answers at another provider. Unfortunately he didn't make it but they helped with him crossing over. We have four cats and all of them are cared for here.
VMC has been amazing to work with and the staff and Dr's have never been anything but professional and so pleasant. They are excellent in what they do, the facility is always spotless and they take great care of my fur baby every time to make sure he is as at ease as can be. I can't say enough amazing things about VMC they have been wonderful to me and Sammi my pup since the very first visit and was so patient with me as I asked a million and one questions. Great place, friendly staff - highly recommend if you are in need of wonderful folks to take care of your furry loved ones!
Great veterinarians. I didn't have a appointment. But my dogs was having bloody diarrhea. So they told my up front the fee for working me in. And told me what test they would most likely do with the price up front. Had my dog in in about 15 to 20 minutes. And ask done in 45 minutes.
I love this vet! There were so many small details about our visit that told me they really cared about my cat. When I brought her into the examination room for her checkup, they had a little radio playing relaxing spa music in case she was anxious. They put a towel over the metal examination table so it wouldn't be too cold when she stood on it. They gave her treats and talked sweetly to her during the checkup. This vet's consideration for the comfort of the pet and the owner goes above and beyond, and I would recommend them to anyone! PS - the vet here was also the first person ever to guess correctly where my cat's name is from - Stevie from Schitt's Creek, not Stevie Nicks!
