Have you seen Pretty Women? Apparently the owner hasn't. I went in here with my daughter, she was asleep in her stroller. I asked if they had any Seahawks gear with bling. She said what they have out in the front was all they had. I found some ball caps and gloves in the window. One of the hats was marked down 50%. I went to ask the other employee if the other hat was also marked down, and what the pink dot meant on the gloves, Karen yelled from the register "No, nothing is marked down." The employee was explaining to her that in fact one of the hats was marked down. I held into the two hats and gloves and went to try on some super cute sandals! Karen hovered over me the whole time, and was looking at me suspiciously, like was trying to steal the Seahawks gear. My daughter, who was with my mom at the front of the store, woke up and started crying. I was still trying on the shoes. Karen looked at me and scoffed. I grabbed the Seahawks gear and walked toward my daughter, and Karen was RIGHT behind me. She said she could take those for me, I said I hadn't decided yet, she said "Oh I am going to take them so you can take care of your child." She was not concerned about helping me out, she was concerned about me walking out with her overpriced merchandise, which I fully intended to BUY, would have bought the shoes, too! From the moment I walked in I felt judged. Maybe if I would have dressed up to shop and spoke like a valley girl, I would have felt more welcomed. I prefer to support a local business ran by women who lift others up, no matter their socioeconomic status/appearance!
I went into #ViaLago Via Lago Kirkland in downtown Kirkland. It is a local wonderful boutique. Via Lago I walked in and the owner Chapman greeted me and remembered me, my dogs and husband. I have not been in since before COVID I told her what I looking for and she pulled a bunch of things off the racks. Everything fit and I walked out with two amazing outfits and feeling wonderful. I supported a local business and had a great stress free experience. Thank you!
Great store! Chapman can quickly put an outfit together for any occasion. Great gift items, candles, cocktail napkins, glove, hats and lots of sparkle. My Grandchildren love to browse and always find something. Looking for something new and different she has it!!!

Shopping here is so much more than just shopping. However much time you spend here, it is a delightful experience! The owner, Chapman, has created a warm and very inviting environment. Everyone who is in the store at the same time you are becomes a girlfriend for those moments. The atmosphere feels 'party'. And, of course, the merchandise is fab! The clothing is unique, fun, on trend. And the jewelry!!! So beautiful.
Shopping for a significant other can be an intimidating and uncomfortable task for a lot of men. Via Lago has changed that for me. From the time we moved to Kirkland as newcomers to town just looking for a friendly face to talk to, to now finding just the right outfit for my wife, Chapman has ALWAYS been there for me. No matter the occasion, she seems to know my wife's fashion to a tee and is always spot on in her recommendations. Even my daughter loves the gifts Chapman helps me pick out for her! There is a HUGE sale area in the store which gives me a range of pricing options to choose from. Whether its outerwear, jeans, cashmere, lingerie, candles, funny cocktail napkins and even POOL floaties, I can always find something. My wife loves participating in the fashions shows that Chapman puts on to support many of the local woman's charities in the area. It is a pleasure to support Chapman. I will NEVER shop any were else!
Whatever you do, don’t park in front of Karen’s shop or she will send her boyfriend after you and call the police. What a joke.
Via Lago is the place all fashionistas need to shop at! Fashion forward, warm and friendly - you leave feeling great about your purchases and yourself! The owner, Chapman Fina, who I have known for 20 years, is a jewel. She will only sell you something that is flattering and fits. She curates from known brands and up and coming ones. From jeans to date night she has it all. Check out an awesome boutique and owner!!!
Chapman warmly welcomes you as you cross the threshold. Her store is so inviting and dripping with elegance. Every time I visit with her I find a gem of an item to take home with me! Stop by and say hello and say Christine sent you. You will thank me. :
Just discovered this little gem of a place. I found some great pieces at affordable prices. There is a good mix of price ranges from higher end to middle price point. Example found a great scotch&mason dress that normally sells for $300 or more and I was able to purchase it for $100. The bonus is that the ladies that run the shop are quite lovely and friendly. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend this place.
