I don't usually give bad opinions about the places I visit, especially if it is about service provision. I gave my opinion about the Viajes Don Quijote agency in the first week of processing the purchase of my ticket and I honestly felt well treated, and I gave the following opinion long before concluding my purchase: Good service. Do you want to travel and look for the best price-quality option? This travel agency gives it to you. Just tell them what you need and they will take care of everything. The best thing is the hours they have and they always answer the phone. They support you by finding the best prices and are very friendly. There is parking and it has a good location just in the mountains, a new option for those who still distrust online shopping ;. I recommend it 100% Now, definitely, after completing my purchase and almost 3 weeks of practically begging them to send me my ticket to my email, which did not happen, even today, which is the day of my trip. Today I realize that I didn't even have travel insurance, and being given the bill was sadly a via crucis. I called the agency looking for the girl who helped me and I didn't get a response, nor did she contact me by leaving a message. This service has a cost, which you pay, and unfortunately I don't know if they lost interest in serving the public or if they are definitely employees without supervision. Now, with certainty and with great regret, I do not recommend it, in fact I WOULD NOT GIVE IT ONE STAR. A paid service that I did not receive and a bitter taste that left me without need.
