I plan this all day trip to  LA  to familiarize myself with my surroundings  to know where I want to go in the next days ahead of me. I had the Best Tour Guide ever!!  Sammy D was his name.   We were in an open bus with a  lot of nice people from all over the world. But Sammy D was exceptional    He knew about everything.   Past and present.  WOW what a nice guy!   My tour with Viator without him... it would have been just average that one takes when they travel. Sammy was up-front, talking about everything...  also so carrying to individuals on the bus who needed that "special" help.  He goes out of his way for your comfort and fun. A really people person , great driver and extraordinary entertainer!!  So much fun and laughter.  Everyone left smiling and enjoyed the ride. I can't say enough about this guy.  He was a delightful change to what I had experienced so many times before.  Take care  Sammy. D.  Hope to see you next time when I'm here

I booked a tour with Viatur for my mother who traveled alone. It was a great experience for her. She always felt safe, stayed at great hotels, and had great Spanish speaking tourist guides. Everything was so organized. I recommend Monica Luevanos who helped me with the booking and guided me. 5 stars to Monica @ Viatur.

Traveled twice with the agency once to China and once to Europe both times everything was as advertised. Tour guides were in Spanish, trip went off without a hitch, my relatives who were older were treated well and always made to feel comfortable and the price was fantastic in comparison to other agencies in the area. Will definitely use again.

The customer service was excellent.  Travel agents are very professional and provide information on the place you are traveling to.  I plan on using their service again!

Excellent service

For several years we have done different tours with Viatur, the last one this January/2023 to Thailand, it was a unique experience, we toured a beautiful country, very safe, delicious gastronomy and we met very kind people, we want to thank Viatur and Mrs. Ena Matamoros, our travel agent, for always making our tours a success, I have attached some photos of our experience, Magaly and Alma

I traveled to Europe with the help of viatur and I never thought that everything was so organized; the hotels, buses, ferries did everything for me, you only need your passport and they do the rest

My second time that I travel through this agency, everything to the letter, very good organization in the hotels, guides and bus driver. Hotels with 1st excellent food.
