Simply AWFUL! Ice machine was broken. There was no internet in the room. Breakfast area was hot due to floor to ceiling windows with no drapes and scorching hot temperature outside. Ceiling fan was off. Television was turned off. Coffee was awful. Breakfast was cold. Noteworthy details: Road to/from hotel room was full of palm tree debris. It took workers a long time to clear a path which made us late to our appointment- UGH!
Close to stores and restaurants. Everything is nice and well kept. The biggest complaint is that there is no shade. All the rv spots are out in the sun all day. The wind blows continuously so you're not able to put the awning out. Would probably be fantastic in the winter when it's cooler but in July it's very limiting for being outside.
I dont feel safe with outside facing doors. They were really nice to let me cancel. Id say take a risk because the breakfast looked yummyRooms: 2/5
We stayed in the Thousand Trails section of the park in back. Nice sites, clean park with great amenities. Very nice pool area. Can be a bit noisy with the traffic and train so close. But still our 2nd favorite park in the area. We would stay again.
Beautiful place, awesome pool. It is even better at night when they have cool lights and music playing all while you relax.Service: 5/5
Park is nice and well kept. The laundry room is not recommend. The elephant in the room is this place is "LOUD" being only a few hundred yards from Interstate 2 on one side and busy business route 83 only a few hundred feet away and the train. Defiantly at the top of my list for loud Encore parks. Highly recommend a white noise machine and sleep buds for us light sleepers
We went to the Cruiser's dance. It was a blast! The ballroom is beautiful, roomy, and has great acoustics for bands!Service: 5/5
Went to a show at their ballroom, in the dark, didn't see much of anything else. Very nice huge ball room, great show, and the drumstick ice cream was as good as in the store. Maybe next time I go, it will be in the daylight. Restrooms: Very useful...
Not a big tourism 5 Star hotel but my review is for the experience only, keep that in mind. Kudos to the girl at the front desk upon my check in, nice, well mannered, engaged with client and empathetic but at checking out there was a different girl at the front desk, very skinny with raspy and yet high pitched tone of voice trashing somebody over the phone while talking to me and cost this place 1 star in my review because she was too rude, impersonal, indifferent, treated me like if I was below her status and was there merely to fill the position rather than working for the customer satisfaction, seriously what a shame!. The room was good just a little outdated but clean, has a little kitchenette and a breafast table and a fridge. The carpets could use a cleaning but the rest was very clean, the bed was great and comfortable. They offer a complimentary continental breakfast in their lobby next to the check in/out area however they also serve a breakfast buffet at their restaurant but you have to pay for this one but is worth every penny, good breakfast and great service at this restaurant! The Victoria Palms is a very good place to stay, highly recommended just hope you don't have to encounter the rude person at check in/out!
I just wanted to say that I love staying here. I have stayed here several times and have never had an issue. Even last year when the electricity went out for several days and it was cold they made sure I had plenty of blankets to stay warm. The rooms are so clean and the staff is excellent. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stay.
