Ben and Karen were amazing!! It was my moms birthday and we haven't gotten pedicures since before the pandemic started so we definitely needed it, and wow did we pick the right place! Update... After such great service on the first few visits I was not expecting for it to go down hill so quickly. Communication barriers create major confusion. I felt so uncomfortable when he was roughly pulling my hands and not speaking a word to me, at this point I have no idea what is going on. I'm walking out paying double for a service and I just wanted to cry... As I sat in the salon my last visit I encountered 3 irritated people coming in to get repairs from the previous day. Waited an hour after my appointment time to get my fill so they could be seen first, and I'll will never go back. First time visit was a great experience and I will be back! Hai did an amazing job on my ombré nails and the massage on my hands at the end was totally not expected but much appreciated. Ann did an amazing job on my lashes even going way beyond work hours just to accommodate my appointment issue. Not just amazing work but the customer service is totally worth it. I’ve never had such a great experience at any other local salons.

I’ve been a client for over two years now. All my experiences have been very positive. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the technicians are all cheerful and willing to assist their clients in any way. I’ve found that I need to have an appointment but I’ve noticed that walk-ins are quickly accommodated. A very friendly atmosphere and I love having my nails done here. Prices are very reasonable too.

Such a pleasant experience! Three of us walked in without a reservation and were greeted pleasantly by all the staff then were promptly seated. I appreciated that the shop was clean and the tools were sterile! My manicurist, Ima spelling?, was detail oriented and didn’t rush the massage, which I loved! While we were being serviced, what seemed to be the manager or owner, was gracious enough to come over to thank us for coming in—great customer service!

Love love love this place!! Went in as a walk in and was still provided service promptly. They were very amiable, helpful with my questions, organized, and hygienic. I had done exactly what I was looking for, some extra last minute requests, and they were still willing and able to provide the service. Super satisfied with all I got done. Love this place! My go to is Lynn, she's great at doing nails and they also do good pedicures. Great atmosphere and customer service. I set my appointments and soon as I arrive I get seated and she gets to work and takes her time. Highly recommend...

I found Victoria's Nails to be one of the best manicure and pedicure Salons in the area. The girls are definitely bright and skilled. Christie is very accommodating and attentive. They are more than willing to take me even when I don't have an appointment. I highly recommend this Salon.
