Ok so I broke my left ankle and have been in bed for over a year. I have gained 80 lbs!! About 11 years ago when bigger women were trying to squeeze themselves in PINK sweatpants and more, I wanted a bright pink zip up hoodie that was lined with fur. I asked the girl if they had an XL & she flings her head up, makes a disgusted face & yelled "Eww we don't carry 'those' sizes!!"! I was mortified. I was dressed up with my hair and makeup done, oh and did I mention that there was a huge sale & tons of people in the store?? Yup! Happened. I recently went back and only ONE girl was so nice to me. When I go there now I make sure I look really bad just to prove a point. And YES I did get that pink hoodie

Horrible experience!!! Customer service is the absolute worst. I bought bra before Xmas and needed different size, brought it back for exact bra different cup size. No problem. This was just after Xmas. I then went out for surgery on Dec 28th on my foot, 12 weeks unable to walk or drive, cleared on March 23rd. So this past Saturday I struggled to walk in pain and sore to bring the bra back because they exchanged it for a demi cup instead full. Well... my bra was on sale when I bought it and is no longef.. and they refused to refund, or even exchange they wanted me to pay the difference of15.00. Same bra just cup different. I asked them to check .y credit card to show what I bought, refused! Called store manager who REFUSED to even exchange it and NO STORE CREDIT!! NEver Have I had this horrible customer service policy. I am out a bra, out a refund. I will NEver ever shop there again

I had the best experience I've ever had here today - and I've been coming here for years. I needed to be refitted for a bra desperately Jacqueline was so kind and helpful. She selected a bra to try on and it fit perfectly! After she assisted me with the sizing, she explained that another bra I liked was actually on sale. She said to order it at the register, as my band size was not available in the store. She said it's free shipping when you order in store. I was very grateful for her assistance and appreciated the time she took out of her busy day to help me. She really brightened my day and made this visit a great experience I'll definitely be back soon!

Quite organized with semi annual sale going on. Purchased more than planned a good assortment of style and sizes available in store. Sales clerks were busy with tasks no one greeted nor suggested a shopping bag.

My friend and I received help from wonderful workers! They made the experience less anxiety inducing and seemed very well informed. There was no pressure at all or judgement. Great place for sizing and trying on different bras as they made the atmosphere as comfortable as possible. :

All of the staff members working today almost seemed to have gone out of their way to be friendly and helpful. They were all so sweet and personable. It’s honestly so refreshing to have this kind of experience when customer service has become almost non existent in many other areas of retail. Prices are super reasonable during their sales, and their products are always cute as ever.

Worst customer service in the store. I had to return an item. I was looking around for same item in different size. As I am walking in the store I can see the workers watching me like a hawk, that's fine I don't care, but when I approach a worker to ask questions she was very off-putting, rude, acted like I was a bother. Decided to ask another worker who acted the same way. I'm like really this is how they treat people. Note I'm very friendly, understanding, I've worked in retail. Heck no I won't deal with that, dropped my pants and left. I won't be going to VS for gifts this year. I spent a lot last year this year I'll bring my money elsewhere. Bye ..

At the Holyoke Mall location they have absolutely nothing good in their store. Was hoping to find a zip up hoodie that says PINK on it and there wasn't one in the store. They had a ton of clearance items but they weren't anything attractive or what I would give as a gift. The store was clean, a little messy but looked ok. The staff could have cared less if customers entered the store or left. There was only one other person in the store at the time I went and even they were disappointed with the selection offered here. Don't waste your time at this store.
