This store is awful for many reasons. 1. Customer service is garbage. They don't really greet you, smile or even ask to help you find anything. 2. The store is super unorganized, sizes and styles are swapped and stuffed in drawers. 3. The store is always slow yet there are hardly any workers around. You stand waiting to check out or get a fitting room. Karen is the only worker there who is always a great person to talk to or get helped by. She's the only reason I even give this store one star. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Galleria ‍

My mom and I went shopping today and we had excellent customer service by Karen. she gave us a measurement, she showed us a variety of bras, told us about promotions, and she was very fun and friendly!! I usually don’t write reviews but this was such an amazing experience I had to say something. definitely recommend coming to this store.

Great customer service the ladies were very helpful the store is big and it's nice and clean

There I was, walking through the mall, minding my own business, cell phone in hand, distracted by my YouTube meanderings, allowing my feet to carry me unconsciously where they wished. When suddenly, looking up, my eyes were confronted by a sea of satin and lace, a plethora of colours and textures, a "paraíso de lencería" if you will. What had my feet done? They had taken me to edge of NO MAN'S LAND! Being of the male persuasion, my mind raced. Should I run? Should I hide? Or should I dare to.... Browse. With hands in pockets and a pretend look of confidence on my face I proceeded cautiously, soaking up the smells and patterns no hardware or auto parts store could provide. I strolled coolly through the racks, avoiding eye contact, stopping briefly to feign interest from time to time. But as the seconds ticked on I knew I would need to make my escape. I had almost made it to the door when a soft but skeptical voice asked, "can I help you find anything?" Studdering ever so slightly I replied, "no thank you, maybe next time." I had made it out to tell the tale, grateful to be alive.

This store always has employees who are on there phone or leaning on shelf’s, no help. They all have attitudes, like they have somewhere else to be. Every single time I come in the store no one knows what they are doing. Simple exchanges or just ringing things in correctly is just too much for them to handle. Spend 200$ plus every time I go and to have crappy employees is super frustrating. At least when I go in this store I know I will be left alone. They would rather gossip over the headsets or ignore every customer. Great job at not doing a job guys! Killing it.

Could not locate a bra in correct size. Rather than call or check another store to see if available, staff produces two other bras that are completely different. Had to hunt someone down to get a changing room. No sizing offered either by staff. Not crowded at all. Three staff on floor.

This place was a mess. Sure some of their stuff is cute and sexy but to me cleanliness and tidiness go along with that. If a person is going to pay premium prices for a brand name the shopping experience should be a lot better.

Taylor said she is the manager. If she is they are really setting the bar low for this position. She doesnt know how to deal with customers much less managing other employees. When you advertise a free bag valued at $58 dollars with purchase of a certain item. Then try and give someone a cheap towel, that's not good. Even if you run out of said bag the answer should never be "that's what we have and that's what your gonna get". Victoria Secret take notice that the reply to that comment is ..... can you refund my $70 purchase.

Went to the sunrise location and I was looking for a specific product. I couldn't find it on the floor and asked one of their employee. She checked their backroom and handed me what I was looking for. Awesome service! I gave them 4 stars because another employee keep bugging me and insisting on giving me a bag to shop around their store with. It was a little annoying.

I always love my V.S. store but they never have my size stocked. Their have been some really amazing ladys there that have gone in the back and brought out product and i am grateful and some ladies have said oh well a lot of people wear my size that is why they are out of stock...well then shouldnt they know that and keep up with demand? Isnt that the part about making sure you have inventory? Especially since this isnt the first time or second that this happened.
