Victoria's Secret

I am a strictly online shopper, I have kids and its a hassle to go shop for myself. I only leave reviews and praises when they are due, and in this case It is a must. I have only come to the store twice but I am so impressed with the overall neatness of this store. What really inspired me to leave a review is the manager Sam. She is an ideal example to ALL people working in the industry, especially when it comes to customer service! She not only took my PINK purchase return, she adjusted the price and matched me for a VS outfit. I walked away happy and satisfied. I tend to avoid going in a VS store bc of previous bad treatment but Sam has exceeded all my expectations. Thank you !

Do not buy bras from here. I was wondering why I was all of a sudden having a hard time with my fit only to compare one of their bras to one I had from some where else. The difference was huge. $50+ for bras that don't fit properly is insane. They are only good for their cheep panties.

My girlfriend had shopped here while we walked around the mall. Some of the workers were very friendly but one was very rude. She was medium height, Mexican background, heavier set with a mole on her lip While in the changing room she nagged my girlfriend and another how they are closed and need to leave. While offering to get another bra she had walked away and just started folding shirts, then when she saw I was looking at her she walked to the bras and then came back saying they didn't have bras to fit her. She then measured she in a wrong way to tell her they didn't have what she liked in that big of a size.

This is one of the less busy locations so I can shop comfortably. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I've always walked out a happy customer

I love Victoria's but I bought 2 pair of underwear & got them from the 3.99 bin but the girl said they were 6.99

One of the better stories in chain. Good depth on selections/sizes. And it never looks like a small tornado after a party raid. :

They have every under in every style and you'll find them in every color! Nice fragrances and some fun make up as well.

Gifts for the employees at work the lady was super helpful and suggestions were on point made sure gift were worthy for gift giving
