Victoria's Secret

A few months back I went in with my husband. I was about 6 months pregnant and I needed help putting my bra on. They told him he couldn’t go in to help so he tried to wait right outside my room to see the bras I was trying on. They told him he made the other girls uncomfortable and he couldn’t even be near the dressing rooms. There was barely anyone in the dressing rooms too. I’m so disgusted and disappointed in your store. No one deserves that especially my husband trying to help me. The women started to berate him altogether on how just his presence was uncomfortable and they didn’t care if I was pregnant and needed help and they could help. They said they could help me, I did not feel comfortable with a strangers help. I dropped everything and left. I’ve been thinking over the last months on if I should post this but I’ve decided to now. Never shopping here and might even take this more publicly. This happened around March 11th around 2:30 or 3pm.

Good customer service. Layout was a bit wonky for a first time shopper. Also, no signage to show you where the register was. Took a bit to figure out it was at the back of the store in the corner. Otherwise, good sales and the employees seemed nice and cheerful. Would have gave a 5 Star if the employee at the register would have solicited for my email and VS cc application…..

Absolutely love V.S.!! Great sales throughout the store! $4.99 clearance on the cutest boyshorts a panties! New perfumes will be hard to resist! And the new line V.S. sweatshirts will have you buying one in every color!

Girls were very nice and helpful - always my favorite place to buy perfume and bras!

They had a few employees. Noone greeted me when I came in. 2 employees were to busy talking about if Bath and Body gets a discount at Victoria Secret. Went to pay and another person was in line.... but there was no register person. Took a couple minutes for her to get to the register. She was nice and apoligized. So basically customer service there sucked

Always a pleasant shopping experience. The staff are very friendly and courteous. If the line gets a little, someone is paged immediately to help ring up.

As a guy in these stores we get great service. They always want to help a guy out. The selection is always great, of course the service is outstanding. I try to take advantage of the sales and promotions.

I always enjoy a trip to Victoria's secret with the wife. Dont get me wrong, it has the potential to be boring. But with her, it's never boring. She knows how to stoke the fire.

Employee took the time to help my two daughters with what they needed for the dresses they were wearing for a dance at school! She was very helpful.

Lovely employees lots of merchandise, very easy to talk to the staff here unlike the rude staff at Wilkes-Barre
