I love the coaching and support I get at Victory Strength and Fitness. The group classes are small enough the coaches still can watch over each student and adjust form or provide guidance as needed. VSF provides a nice, strategic approach to increase weight sensibly and effectively. The coaches challenge you and encourage you each class. I am amazed at the weights I am lifting now compared to where I started in January 2022. I am excited to continue this journey with VSF.
I love the coaching and accountability I get from VSF! I am challenging myself in ways I never have before and as a result I have a new found strength and confidence. Most importantly I’m having fun while doing it! I love the classes, the coaches, and the other clients I’ve met along the way!
I came to VSF at 360 pounds. This place makes it easy for me to come to class and find ways to eat right. It’s not a hard concept. Eat better move more and you can lose weight. This place helps me stay accountable though with personal coaching and food logs. They check in regularly and help Make sure you’re doing the correct form of whatever exercise you’re working on. With the work I’ve been doing here for the past six months, I’m down 70 pounds and have gained muscle while losing weight. I do several rounds of pushups on the floor now and am working towards some pull ups. Thanks to staff at VSF.
VSF gave me the accountability and support I needed to finally find success in my health journey. As a mom of 4 busy kids, and working full time I had a hard time making time for myself and my needs. I’m so thankful for my experience at VSF, as a true life style change with results in just 12 weeks! I would 100 percent recommend the program to anyone at any fitness level. Looking forward to round 3!
We originally came to VSF because our teenage son was very self conscious about how skinny he was and he wanted to get stronger. As a bonus, I decided to do the 12 week program with him so it would be something fun for both of us to do. To say we weren’t disappointed would be an understatement. The workouts were fun but challenging. The nutrition was broken down to much simpler terms than just a fad diet and they hold you accountable. Staying within the same workout group made for great camaraderie and encouragement along the way. The before and after pictures showed a dramatic increase in muscle mass 6lbs and tone in our son. He gained a body most people would give anything for. I, in turn, lost 18lbs and gained much more definition. The results were exactly what we hoped for. Since we had such a good time, I did another 12 weeks with my wife. She was already quite petite, but, she was still able to gain noticeable results. She had never been able to do more than a single chin up in her life, but did 12 during the last workout. One thing you’ll hear often is “Trust the process”, and that is very true. Follow their guidance and you WILL get results.
The personalized instruction at Victory Strength and Fitness meets you where you are in your fitness journey. Having the combination of nutrition and fitness support is a huge bonus at Victory Strength and Fitness. We have had a great experience with each of the trainers.
I have all good things to say about this program! I have never been "into the gym life" or in formal sports programs. I was concerned that I'd start this program and not be able to do it because of my lack of fitness. The team worked within my capabilities to develop a weight training system tailor made for me! Yes, it's hard work, but you get out what you put in.
This place is EXACTLY what I needed. I always was stuck on either a “diet” or going to the gym not really knowing what to do. At VSF it’s both working out and just eating healthy! They help with everything and safety is #1! For me personally, I was at a point where I needed someone to tell me exactly what to do and that’s what I have here. This lifestyle change is sustainable which is huge and I wasn’t done after 12 weeks so I am continuing the program and can’t wait to see where I’m at 6 months from now! Love everyone here and highly recommend to ANYONE.
My husband and I just completed our 12 week program and we had a fun time working out together. The program incorporates strength training, cardio and nutrition. Over the 12 weeks, pounds came off and our strength grew. The trainers are fun, encouraging and helpful. They also were able to easily reschedule classes on day when there were scheduling conflicts.
