Alex is most amazing salesman! His customer service is astounding and he made a tedious process super quick and easy for me! I am excited about my new phone & joining the Verizon family especially if the customer service company wide is as lovely & efficient as Alex S.
Went down to get new phones for the family and was helped out by Luke. All i can say Is what an awesome employee. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, helped me get what I did need and was super friendly the entire time. I came in kindah close to closing so I was really having my expectations kindah low but I was wrong. Got everything I could that night. The phones I ordered came quick and he helped us all setup everything we needed. 10 out of 10 customer service would recommend store just because of my experience with Luke.
I had a great experience. Cellilia J provided excellent customer service. She explained everything very clearly and with extreme patience. She was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all of my questions. I will be returning for all my customer needs.
The guy who helped me was so smart and knew how to get my new phone up and running. He is a great employee- fast and efficient and knows his stuff! He was the only employee in the store and was able to help 5 customers in a timely manner.
Super dismissive employee. I asked for a SIM card and he basically rushed me out the door saying he could do a soft reset but not provide me a SIM card. I said I would do a soft reset 1st before I leave and he heavily implied I should just leave. Phone number listed takes you to VZW, not the store. Very unhelpful
Worst service ever, the guy was so rude and when we left he was so condensing and was super dismissive. My roommate has had verizon for four years, told her to get her boyfriend to help instead of helping her.
Luke was welcoming, and I appreciated that he immediately updated me on the wait time as he had a few customers ahead of me. Then he showed me the areas of the store I needed to look at. Luis waited on me, and he was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly
Went to the store at 2 pm on a Friday. I had some simple question regarding upgrading my phone. There was only one rep in the store, and she told me I have to wait 30 mins at least. Even though it seemed like there were 2 more customers before me. Poor customer service for sure. Why have one rep in the store on a Friday, and she has no intention to help.
I switch to Verizon from Mint mobile and the whole experience was pleasant, Alex and Luke were welcoming and answer my questions, I will definitely be thinking of switching everyone to Verizon now ! Thank You
Small selection of phones and accessories. I dont mind the security setting for them having to buzz you in but then there's only one person working on shift? I thought maybe the second person was at lunch but found out its just one person so there a long wait.
