Savannah is a customer service oriented professional. She gave 110% and clearly takes pride in her work. It is rare these days to have someone go the extra mile, but she did so with a smile on her face. I think she will go far in any profession in the future and Victra is so lucky to have an employee like her. I was very impressed with her demeanor, professionalism and genuine kindness.
I went in to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon and was looking for different Verizon stores near me. I had seen reviews on other stores and they didn’t sound pleasant to begin with. I saw this store had the best reviews and with good reason. Ramon M. was the associate who assisted me today and was so professional from the beginning! He was with another customer but stepped away for a bit to come and greet me and assure me that he would be right with me. Once he was done we got to talking about which phone I wanted. I was stuck between the iPhone 13, 14, or 14 pro max and he was so patient in breaking down the payments for me! Such amazing customer service and great taste in music . He made the process so easy, simple, and kept reassuring me that if I had any issue I could go back into the store and he would assist me. I really appreciated his help and will always always always recommend this store to people and will always recommend people ask for Ramon! Thank you so much for your help Ramon! Keep being the phenomenal worker you are!
Savanna was absolutely amazing. Great personality. Gave off nothing but good vibes and she was super friendly. Got an upgrade on my phone and she walked me through everything like a champ. She deserves a raise!
Misinformation from the getgo. I went in May to try better service in the area for which I was working. I left TMobile to join Verizon, and was offered a Google pixel 7a phone, and watch. They mentioned a $200 rebate which sold me. Come to find out after waiting, and many calls to Verizon customer support I did not qualify due to the cost of the phone. Promotional cost of the phone needs to be $699 or more. Neither the store or customer support was able to honor the offer I was given in store I won't mention names, but I am not satisfied with the product or misinformation!!!
I went to Verizon store 16876 Main street suite D Hesperia CA. I was helped by Tristan and Ramon, both employees were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I strongly recommend this store as I have had nothing but excellent experiences every time I have been a customer at this location! They definitely go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.
Angel was awesome and helped a lot with all the questions I was asking. I literally went like two times to the store with questions and she was never annoyed only helpful. Thank you
Went in at open to trade in my phone to the IPhone 14 pro. Was such a smooth process and Steven made sure I got my $800 credit towards it. Definitely recommend this place. Great customer service. Shoutout to Steven for helping me.
They were very friendly and super helpful. They were also very informative about the new phones they had to offer, thanks guys.
Ramon was awesome highly recommend anyone to this location. He even took his time to make sure my screen protector was installed perfectly.
Had amazing experience & have nothing to complain about . Went In to get a new iPhone walked out with everything I needed with no issues .
