The wonderful lady Sherry helped me today and actually reduced my monthly bill by half and I even got a upgrade on my phone. I also got a business line which was just fantastic. Excellent service super service.
Beware of hidden fees. We recently switched over to Verizon and the overall experience has been very disappointing. Chris ans Ed have both been very nice and helpful, but we ended up stuck in a 3 year contract with a bill way over what we were told in addition to having to pay numerous surprise fees upon activation. Verizon Support told us the store manager could reverse some of these fees, but when we went into the store, the manager would not help at all. There were a lot of issues with our account and we had to return to the store many times.
I give this place zero Stars because her service is horrible I sent my employee in to pick up a Wi-Fi box employee Chris therefore start yelling and hung up in my face cuz we were there two days prior and bought a phone and Wi-Fi blocks and ask them to run both of them together customer service is horrible I do not recommend this place
Chris and Ed are awesome and very helpful. These two seem to make a good team and are EXTREMELY patient. I was impressed by their customer service, ability to communicate and kindness. I recommend this location if you need help navigating the phone world.
Ed, was very pleasant to deal with. His attitude and demeanor was welcoming and I look forward to go back when I have to. He assured me that if I had any problems he would definitely solve any issues and I’m confident that he can and will. Ed, you have a customer for life!

I called Verizon at this location and talked to Marian that was a employee for Verizon and she interrupted me multiple times she wanted to setup a appointment to visit the store at this location and I told her I don't want any appointments at all multiple times and I told her I don't want to setup a account multiple times and at the end of the phone she said bye now was rude at the end of the phone call and didn't thank me for calling no nothing completely disappointed at the serve she gave me absolutely horrible service.
Let me start this with the fact that I’m not exactly technology savvy to put it mildly. From the moment I stepped into the store the staff showed me there utmost customer service. They were patient and kind, explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable at every step. Mahogany was amazing and very knowledgeable. She was there to assure me every step of the way that they would be able to switch all of my information and I would not lose any data. I just can’t put all the things they did for me into words, and I can’t thank them enough. The experience could only be improved with a couch
I want everyone who reads this to know how the staff at the Missouri flat Verizon made what has been, in the past, a stressful experience, a pleasant and knowledgeable experience. I want to thank the entire staff for the friendly service, but especially Edward. He was there from start to finish, answered any questions I had and made switching me from my broken phone to a new phone a pleasant experience. They have excellent customer service and helped quite a few people while I was there, they were kind and helpful with everyone. In a time where customer service is hard to find, they are going above and beyond! Keep up the great work guys, and thank you!
Ed gets 5 stars. Poor guy has amazing customer service and helped me get a new phone 10 min before closing and he didn’t have anyone else there to help with closing duties. Ed took his time and answered all my questions and helped as best he could with the bad internet he was working with. Unsure why a Verizon store doesn’t have Verizon internet but whatever…
