I went to the store in Morehead, NC, Girl wanted to know what I need? She was very snark and said I had at least 1.5 hour wait. I asked if I could make an appointment Very short with me and said yes on line. I went on line and made an appointment. First thing they had was 5:00, so I killed about 3 hours waiting for my appointment. Went in and the same girl said it was still going to be 1.5 hours even though I had an appointment! I asked her why they took appointments, and she said I would just have to wait my turn. I left and never went back. I called and talked to John in the Swansboro NC office and he was awesome! I highly recommend him for your issues! He could not resolve my issue, but he at least tried!!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience here recently. I have been a long time Verizon customer. One who still holds his old grandfathered unlimited data plan. I went in with the intentions of comparing how the different cameras compared in store. I walked past check in as most sales reps were busy. I browsed quietly and happily, as soon as I broke gaze from the display I was greeting happily. So much so it caught me off guard. The employee who helped me was absolutely wonderful, taking the time to write out the cost of several different options to go with my research. Shopping here was a dream.
The person I spoke with made me feel as though I should not be there.
Staff and service is awesome including,Tae The Manager, and all the sales team members .. Awesome ..
We came in today with some pretty difficult issues related to account management. Angela helped us out, and she was extremely patient and friendly the entire time. We're so grateful for her help. Whatever y'all are doing at that store, keep it up!
The customer service is really bad. Have been in there many times and was never helped in the correct way. Always had to wait even for signing in. Sometimes i feel like they are being racist. They help people after us and just not us. Today i went in there and was told to sit and wait because they sign us in before they help. But they helped the lady after me who didn’t sign in. If they have rules it should be equal for everyone not just me. And there were people working but everyone was just sitting in the back. This happens every time. Every time i go in there i know my day is going to get ruined. It’s better to just drive away from here to somewhere far, it is worth it then just being angry.
My sister had given her info to the Tarboro, NC. It was for me. After much discussion it was decided that it was not a good time to invest and we told a sales person named LA Keisha that when we were ready to do business with Verizon, we would stop back by. My sister started receiving notices that we owed $600.00. This happened in May of 2022. We were instructed to go to the Rocky Mount to get things done. Then the Verizon store in Rocky Mount instructed us to return to the Tarboro store. That being said, we're still trying to get this mess cleared up...Now, my poor sister has a bad credit score all from this, we never got the phone, never were assigned a phone number and they still want us to fix their mess. Beware of Verizon, they're all about passing the blame and buck to their unsuspecting customers...
Worst customer experiance of my life. The sales rep was more detached from our needs and verbally whinning about other employees in the back and not working. Constantly came up with excusses as to why he couldnt help us and after another employee walked past he carried on a conversation to them after the walked awzy we has to asked in the middle of his rant if he was speaking to us. Been a verizon customer for years and this was unexcussable.
Rademous associate was the worst customer service I've had in years. He lied to me about my upgrade and signed me up for a more expensive plan . I returned my phone and canceled service. ***read your fine print you have 30 days to do this without penalty. I will never be back to that store.
We went in and upgraded a line a month ago and we were lied to. We were swindled into leaving our grandfathered plan and taking a new plan with promises of our bill not increasing only to get the bill and it increased over $100! We called Customer service and they explained that the increase was correct. So now, Verizon looses a customer! After 20 years we are leaving and I will never use them again. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
